The breakfast and the pool

The beds are uncomfortable and they don't serve supper on Friday and Saturday. They don't have room service.

The location is great, it's a short drive to Waterfall Mall. the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The staff also were able to cater to our preferences i.e we had requested room that are next to each other, on the side that is not facing the highway and far from the elevator. The hotel is very clean and well maintained.

The meals i.e breakfast and dinner had very limited options despite them being a buffet. It would be nice if they could offer more food options to make the meals more interesting.

Delicious fresh and always hot breakfast. Tidy and clean staff. Members. They are so helpful they even tidy up the table whilst you still eating and remove unwanted dishes.

Lack of Hotel room information like local communication systems. Sometimes it's advisable to get some pamphlets in the room that give the local telephone number specifically if you need some room assistance, time of the breakfast etc. Anyway the rest was extremely good from the gate security guards and the reception. The breakfast at Stay Easy Rustenburg was a delightful start to the day. The diverse spread caters to various tastes, with fresh-baked pastries, a selection of fruits, and made-to-order omelettes highlighting the quality and attention to detail. The service was prompt and friendly, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

The variety was impressive, but a few more healthy, gluten-free, or vegan options could have enhanced the offering.

The environment

When I asked the reception if it was possible to bring my own alcohol and cold drink she advised me that I m not allowed because they have there own bar, I accepted that. Around an hour later a group of people arrived in two small busses and they where allowed with there own cooler boxes and alcohol at the swimming pool. I really think we where unfairly treated because of race I m not sure, we had to buy from the bar at a higher cost for alcohol and cold drink whilst others is allowed with there coolers boxes.

The appearance and decor of the room and hotel was far above that of a hotel in the same price bracket. Food was excellent (breakfast) and included in the price. Location was excellent and close to shopping centres. Staff are very friendly and helpful. EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY - totally exceed expectation

All good. Nothing we didn't like

I had a lovely stay at the property. The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff was so delightful and helpful, willing to go the extra mile in terms of assistance and recommendations. Tshephang checked us in so swiftly and professionally, he was very kind. Lizzy, Refilwe & Tebogo (I think, I might have her name wring, but she was on morning duty with Refilwe on Aug 22) were all such a joy and so hospitable. The lady that cleaned our room on Aug 22 was so pleasant, it's a pity I didn't get her name. But all in all, the service was amazing.

Would have loved to have more options at breakfast especially in terms of fruit, but the food was really good!

The room was clean… there was no noise.

The hostel said they offer dinner but when we got there and went downstairs for dinner, we were told that they don’t offer dinner until the 13th of January. Now imagine if we hadn’t bought ourselves snacks and fingers foods, we were going to Starve. Our door card stopped working the same day we got it.

Breakfast was fresh, good and delicious. I had everything I wanted for breakfast. The staff gave us a warm welcome and good service.

I Honestly liked everything, had a bit of flue when we arrived, the staff member at reception asked the lady in the kitchen to make some green tea, lemon, ginger and honey for me. in the morning I woke up well, AS I WAS DRINKING THAT GREEN TEA It felt like home.

The location was good close to the highway and mall .but coming back at night in that corner is a bit scary

They don't have dinner and the shower floods the whole toilet when you shower Their breakfast is too common and if u don't eat pork you don't have enough options
