I like everything about the breakfast because they have managed to reach my diet food. The location is excellent, only if the enrence to the hotel can be attended so that cars can drive in easily.

Everything was perfect. Very knit and Elegant. I am happy about the Security . All the servants of this hotel they are very kind and the hospitality was very high quality and more than my expectation. Including the Gardner.

Friendly staff, very welcoming and helpful. The place is beautiful, well kept and clean. They answer their calls quickly too and ready to assist. I like that they also have menu you can order from until 9pm so you don’t have to worry about what you are going to eat when you get there.

What I didn’t like was brought on more by my neighbours, the noise they made the whole night and singing happy birthday very loud before 5am. I wish security or 24hr receptionist could have told them to be mindful of other guests. The property was booked out with people who were attending funerals early in the morning, we all needed a peaceful sleep.

The issue of electricity I had to bath using cold water and it was very cold last weekend 🥶🥶🥶

I really love the interior design, facilities which include swimming pool area, play area for kids. I loved the staff service and welcoming of the man (forgot his name, but his heart is gold) at the security who assisted me with carrying our bags. The ladies who served us breakfast and also reception were so kind and loving. I will definitely come back soon. I am also so proud as this is my hometown and privileged to see how it has grown.

A suggestion for visibility of the signs leading to the hotel from both ends especially from the Sun City side would assist in ensuring that people are able to see where the hotel is located. Please also give guests more water in the rooms. I loved everything about Lefa Boutique Hotel.

The staff is amazing, they deserve a raise😜, love the beds, booked the twin beds, the shower setup was superb(the drainage in the showers could use a bit of a redo, the water piles up during the showers).

There could be some improvement on the breakfast, however we did eat in, so I’m not sure if that is the reason the breakfast wasn’t as good. Accessing the hotel is a bit of an inconvenience, the hotel can work on the drive into the hotel. Also just a suggestion, kindly look into the channels made available, more variety please.

It was real value for money, very clean and modern looking. Had all the required facilities available and if not in room the staff provisioned any and all requests we had. A very pleasant stay and the staff was absolutely superb! Would definitely recommend

Had no hair drier in room but the main desk supplied one as soon as requested.

The property is beautiful, a gem in a village, it is easily accessible and has 24 hour security and reception; the staff is friendly and professional. I would recommend it as a great alternative for Sun City for the business traveller, as it is less than 20 minutes from Sun City with a main road which is safe.

I love the property, it’s great, clean and value for money. The staff is friendly and reassuring. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here and will be back again

Electricity was cutting off, it kept tripping the every morning. I think it was overloaded. It was a bit of an inconvenience because we needed to make breakfast and start the day early

It was okay, my omelet had fillings that look like gravy done, not half done as there were supposed to be in an omelet

The aircon was blowing cold air and requested assistance from the staff, of which the room felt freezing, and we needed something to warm it up. They couldn't get that resolved

Katlego,Dorah and Chris at the gate,these guys were just exceptionally professional and they gave us quiet an experience.the food was delicious,the signature ribs and wings combo was to die for.i think we ordered it more than 4times🤣🤣🤣. I loved every minute there
