Cats everywhere even in the restaurant when dining very disturbing and unhygienic

The food from the restaurant wasn’t that great, especially breakfast.

As I was traveling with my 9 months old baby I was able to do all the activities that I needed as they were able to arrange a reliable baby sitter at a negogiasonable reasonable rate per hour

I requested a baby cot while booking and I was told to remind them about 2 days before which I did and on check in it wasn't there and they promised to bring one the next day of which they did after I reminded them again in the afternoon.Returant was having only 2 baby chairs if you arrive late you eat with your baby on your hands

The room was good. The environment was excellent. The food was also good (Breakfast and Dinner)

When we paid for our accommodation using "The booking.com" it showed that breakfast was included in the rates. But when we arrived at the facility, we were told breakfast was NOT included in the booking done via booking .com. So we paid for our breakfast. This was unexpected cost. We were also told that there is transport every hour from the Hotel to Suncity and from Suncity to the Hotel. We were dropped off at sun city. However, when we were returning to the hotel around 19 hours the bus was not there, and we waited for long and had to call the Hotel. We were told that we were supposed to have booked a pickup. This information was not disclosed. It is important that this information be clearly disclosed to customers at check in to avoid inconvenience.

Great location.

Activities in the park close at 16:00 which was disappointing for a 15:00 check-in and one night stay. Some issues with hot water but they managed to get it sorted.

Neat and clean

Rooms are very close to each other and you can hear people next door. We thought we booked with break fast as the price is same directly on property website and booking.com. But if you book via booking.com breakfast is not included by default.

Close proximity to Sun City , lots if activities and also they've added new stuff like rick climbing , new swimming pools , so they have invested on the property ... and its exciting . The travel to Sun City is also super cool.

The food at the restaurant is a bit dated they really have to work on their menu ... the standard of the service is uncoordinated , waiters are running all over the show with no proper lay-out plan and that is frustrating, The Chef must also raise their game ... in particular I ordered a mixed grill he just threw the same barbecue basting on all the meats and therefore was really bad. the breakfast also needs some attention ...

Very clean! The cleaning staff needs a raise!!! The staff is truly amazing, very welcoming, kind and helpful!!!!! Great location, near Sun City The family room is very spacious, especially the braai area The jungle cafe makes fantastic Pina coladas and other cotials, as well as the pizza at the restaurant. I enjoy that there are multiple pools / entertainment areas to select from. We were very happy that there was one heated pool, especially since it was winter

The facilities. On the shedule, it stated many things available for children to do (for example, games next to the pool) and then nobody shows up except for the children. That was very disappointing and the weather was fantastic. I also fully paid for 2 activities just before 3 pm and they were nowhere at the rock wall or trampoline until 4 when it closed. I wasted môre than R300 and my time waiting. This was my ONLY concern as it created disappointment and frustration.

The resort is very beautiful and has many activities and safari trips that can be booked from within the resort

The resort is located outside the Sun City area, and if you want to go there, you must purchase tickets to enter . They do not have first aid as I was injured and could not find what I needed

Location and value for money.

This is the second time that I have had to point out that the showers require major maintenance. In fact, I had to send a special request to make sure that the shower in my room was working adequately, which it was.
