Very nice and beautiful well maintained place ,staff very friendly and helpful the place is neat love that the is a spar in the facility and play area for kids

breakfast wasn't nice at all for the 2 days we were there ,they could have variety of hot food and also normal white and brown bread would work just fine ,they could at least serve normal bread or have rolls instead of the bread that they serve it wasn't nice at all .

Everything about the place was just awesome. It's a peaceful getaway spot that offers so much tranquility yet is so pocket friendly. The staff is kind, friendly, warm and very welcoming ...honestly, for a moment I forgot I was not at home but the only thing that would remind me was the luxury and the cleanliness 😂😂

Construction happening around the clock on the first night of arrival, however I understand that there's pressure to get the place ready for the holidays and the treatment wrote it all off😅 I'm generally happy and would definitely visit again and even recommend the place to friends and family 👌

It was our second stay at TshiBerry. While the last time the restaurant area was very small, there is now a separate breakfast and dining room which is very nice concerning design and furniture. Breakfast and dinner were very good. And on top of that: Elizabeth and the other staff members were super friendly!

I liked everything about the place.the rooms wer very clean.warm and quite.the breakfast was amazing.complimemt to chef Dakalo for such lovely food the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I wil recommend this place to anyone coming to northwest.its value for money indeed and I loved that they hv sleeping gowns in the room

the treatment from the staff it was amazing they were friendly and welcoming and always willing to help, the food God it was excellent and the room they gave us was beyond expectations 😊 I was happy with my stay.

before getting to the place I thought I was in some township wasn't happy with that but once you are inside the place you even forget about the location, that how beautiful it was

The pool was amazing, and the property overall is very clean, well kept, lovely gardens. The food was great and Lizzy was always there to help and assist us with anything and everything we needed - real gem! :-)

Our toilet wasn't flushing properly and eventually stopped working. (smart toilet) Had to switch our air-con on outside a few times at the main switch, kept tripping due to power failure and our room key didn't work 3 days into our stay, so was a bit of an issue to get in and out of our room.

The facility was very quiet, well maintain landscape , restful holidays . My kids love their pool and the Spa was also very Nice. It is close to Sun City resort and we made a day Trip to enjoy the attractions there . Good location, well attentionned staff. The breakfast was very good , and also diner.

We were slightly put off when we arrived as the property in located a short distance down a dirt road but we shouldn’t have worried as the property is beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and immaculately clean. Complimentary filtered water daily. The staff are incredible from the cleaners, handymen, cooks and reception. Special mention to Elizabeth on reception who’s constant cheerfulness and laughter was refreshing. Had breakfast and dinner at the property on 4 nights with some wine and the bill was just over £100. Special requests for dinner taken and accommodated wherever possible. Ermine drive to Sun City and the Pilansbeg national park

I loved everything about the place, it was my 2nd time there. It's so peaceful, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and the female chef very friendly. The staff is amazing especially Nthabi👌. Beautiful place will definitely go back again
