Location

The place is unsafe. There was security breach as robbers forced entry into guest rooms and stole laptop, cellphones and money. Aircons not working, Showers and toilets not property cleaned as they are full of black stains. Linen looks old and their blanlets have food stains and they have this unknown stinch. At the main gate, there is no checking of car or guests. Cars enter and leave without being checked and its easy for thieves to enter and steal. No news channels. Tv and aircon remotes are broken or without batteries. I had to request to be moved to another room which was not even better. The standard of this place has gone down and their resturant is a big hall which is extremely cold.

For Check In your parking it's far please come up with better nearby parking for Check in...#Note always that you'll need id documents at Reception... Not all of us are familiar with your place !have one person that' will deliver your guest to they re right room and parking ..not direct guests standing at the Reception...it was my first time didn't like how I got lost 😳 😩. Besides above all was perfect 🥰 thank you.

My experience with family members has been very positive about that place. We love it; it has a nice, relaxed atmosphere. I wish to come again for my birthday party 🥳. Thank you for your service.

The executive rooms are just regular, nothing extraordinary about them but the view. The bathroom was very dirty, both the shower and especially the tub.

Cleanliness, the bathroom was unhygienic. The food was excellent though, really loved that part. As for the executive room, no, that's just for the view and balcony. Also needs 24 hour desk service and room service

Breakfast was awesome, location very good, neat and clean

Wifi signal not good at all for TV so I could only get 2 channels, I think that the grass needs to be cut, takes away the beauty of the lodge. Prices of local beer very expensive,, R46 for a 330ml castle lite

We thoroughly enjoyed the dinner in the coach. Chef Isreal really created a great culinary experience for us. We had our wedding reception there 25 yrs ago. We were one of the first to use the coach as our wedding venue. Was beautiful then and still is beautiful now.

The bed , mattress was really hard for us.

The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The room were so clean and spotless. The food was great especially breakfast. Room service was awesome

Provide guests with more drinking water. Make the guests aware of monkeys around the area, cause our food were eaten by them. Anyway it was our fault because we forgot to close the sliding door but in future keep that in mind about the monkeys

The lady at the reception was exceptional. She is A Star…

The Aircon in my room not working and it was very cold. The tv channels were also bad. The last day the lady at breakfast; Karabo ; was busy with her phone instead of attending to us.

The staff was friendly the room was clean and it's well located.

The TV screen was not clear could improve on the Tv and the channels offerred

The executive suit.was wow I love everything in it especially the bed. The sliding side the outside view.

The food we ordered when we arrive. It wasn't good and not enough for the value we paid .
