I booked 9 King Suites and 2 family rooms for accommodation for a wedding close by. I wish all of our guests stayed at Manor Hills. There was a complete lack of water in Rustenburg for the weekend we were there. Manor Hills has back up water, so it never affected us. The breakfast is to die for. For our next function, we will definitely choose Manor Hills. The owner is permanently on site, personally supervising the catering. Sonia provided excellent service in making all the bookings and allocating the rooms. We were also able to check in early, which assisted a lot.

Seeing cockroaches in my room every night was the worst. Second to that would be not having cutlery in the room was provided on request :) but basic kitchen items are essential like a dish cloth or dish soap - I can imagine that not being provided because the ladies come and clean each morning but the dirty dishes contribute to the ants, flies and roaches.

It was safe and secure. Breakfast was the best, everything was perfect. The location was great, quiet and in a nice and clean town. Spacious and bright suite. Friendly service which is the best.. Nice Garden, refreshing scenic views and a homely feeling with the chickens here and there running around. It was perfect and we would certainly go back there again.

The suite was clean but it just needed that extra effort in cleaning and wiping dust off which I believe can be sorted out within an hour upon request but beside that me and my wife we had a great stay.

This was my first time so far away from home on a family holiday and it was totally shocking. For me i would give the place and staff a 10/10. Not only was the people so freindly and helpful they go beyond to ensure your needs are met. From providing directions to the nearest malls,food places,site seeing spots ect to keep checking up on you if anything is needed during your stay. The cleaning staff are very honest as we left personal items in the rooms and went out for the day to return and find nothing out of place thats amazing. The breakfast was fresh and very presentable not forgetting they also attend to your food in details to whip up something quickly should you want anything else. Lets top this off with the two lovely ladies Sonia and Monica wow now thoes are women who are born with a smile and warm comforting personality. Sonia is an amazing young lady who assisted me until my checkout from the lodge without a single complaint or attitude. She is a remarkable individual whom Manor Hills Guest Lodge should be proud to have at the front desk. For me i will deffinally visit again. Thank you Manor Hills and Sonia.

The only thing that was missing was a vending machine where guest can grab some junk food or maybe smokes and other stuff. Also a play area for the little ones like a mini park. But i was told this is being arranged and will be done by next year Febuary.

Everything. The place actually look better than the pictures provided online. Chirping birds in the morning, the grass and the trees, mountain view, the way rooms are positioned, all that was awesome. The staff was friendly and smiling. I met Monica when I checked in and she was amazing. I didn't get others names but they were awesome aswell. The food was amazing especially breakfast, lots of protein. There were many options too, that's great. The rooms are amazing and clean. The white sheets are white, that's good. Everything you need in the room is there and the comfort made want to buy that Kings suite. Everything was awesome.

The place is absolutely gorgeous. The photos on booking.com doesn’t do it justice. The facility has 2 pools of which both are absolutely amazing. The staff is very friendly and i would recommend booking with breakfast included. They had a variety of options from cereals to croissants to eggs cooked in different ways. Thy had a coffee machine which offered different kinds of hot beverages even the juice they had a variety of flavours. I was blown away by everything. The lawn made a perfect spot for our colour picnic. I have 0 complaints about the place. The staff is friendly, polite and willing to help at any given time if the day. We needed assistance at 9pm and we were assisted by such friendly stuff without complaining about the time of day. Thank you so much for a wonderful ladies weekend.

I have no complaints at all. Everything was exceptional and beyond my expectation.

The room was very comfortable and set up well for relaxation. The area was beautiful and quiet which is perfect. I had packages delivered to the accommodation and they received them and took care of them for me till I arrived. My room was clean and tidy. It was also about 10mins from the mall so it's also in a convenient location.

The room was great and so was the shower. Just the drainage from the shower was a little slow but everything else was good.

The owner is hospitable and knows how to take care of his guests. He accommodated our request for an extra night. He has exceptional customer service. The breakfast was nice with a variety. The rooms are spacious and beds comfortably. The lodge is clean and neat. The environment and location of the lodge is peaceful and it's tranquility is amazing.

I am suggesting future investment on smart TV for Netflix.

Everything!! We ended up extending our stay for a few days. The place is really inclusive, food and alcohol is served. We looooved the pool area. The restaurant stuff were sooo helpful. The guy at reception was sensational. The owner was also involved and he was really amazing

No air conditioning in the main living area

The stay was absolutely fantastic. The owner supported us with passion, as well as his wife,son and staff.Friendly great service.The food was top class.This place is not a 3 star, it deserves much more!!.Will be back in May 2025.
