Rooms are very comfortable, breakfast was an excellent spread with everything you could possible need, maybe better quality/fresh juice would be good. We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was beautiful, best steak I have had in a while.

After a long drive we arrived 15mins prior to check in time and staff made a big deal of enforcing the 2pm check in. I said that’s fine & asked if I could start the paperwork, I was given another staff member who advised checkin was 2pm. We sat down & waited for our room, we felt like they were just making a point & we were given our room at 1415. We have travelled the world and never had such a cold welcoming. There were twice as many staff in the bar/restaurant as there were customers yet to get someone to take your order for afternoon drinks was near impossible. I asked 2 staff members who were walking past me where the bathroom was and they laughed and kept walking. Some staff really need retraining in customer service/service skills.

yoh the only staff that was welcoming was the Restaurant, bar and the spa staff. the rest it was like they did not want to work, the reception staff at the hotel was not welcoming at all. Went to the gym area it was house to let no one to assist us whatsoever. asked other employees where is the person in charge here? they also did not know.the basin was leaking every time I poured water to wash my face, when I open my eyes the water has disappeared 🙃this hotel used to be welcoming

The food was delicious, the breakfast had variety and everything was fresh and made with perfection. Loved the lemon and poppy seed muffins. Had supper and the lamb were succulent and the basmati rice was beautifully fragranced. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rebecca was so lovely and polite. We had to reschedule and they were very accommodating.

The rooms need maintenance. The shower had mould and even above the air con in the room. Once the rooms have a maintenance it will be perfect. A revamp is required. Requires more activities for guests

The ambience is excellent, The food was awesome, The staff friendly and warm. My kids loved the place.

Just a few maintenance issues and attention to detail like in a 5 star hotel would complete the picture for me. The curtain rails were off track, there was unwiped dust in some areas, but generally up to standard. The gym is an excellent idea, It must be easier to enter as there is no guard early mornings. The gym area and equipment is a perfect breeding ground for germs. It requires continuous wiping and must be clean. There is water with no disposable cups for water. There are no towels. Set in the beautiful breath-taking natural surroundings, a five-star destination, makes for a scenic spot to enjoy a sundowner just before delighting your palate with a delicious meal. The rooms are warm, spacious, the bathrooms to be envious of and the entire experience fantastic. It was a very nice stay. Very big and spacious rooms and well done to the chef and his team, the food was really good, apart from the restaurant being overpriced, the stay here was amazing the staff are very friendly. I had breakfast on a messy table I even asked lady to come and clean it for us she said okay but she never came back tried to ask the other guy who was busy cleaning a table next me explaining everything to me guess what I never got helped he said I must go and report her at the reception 😳 I wanted to sit inside because it was cold outside and that was the only table left inside there was dirt glasses, cutlery and split food all over the table we ate anyway

Breakfast was great. I experienced a problem with my vehicle's window. The electric window switch broke and I was unable to close the window from the time we arrived at the venue. Staff were very helpful and quickly assisted in covering the window with plastic and watched over the vehicle during the stay.

Dinner was not enjoyable as the meals lacked flavor. Had the rib and wing combo with Greek salad. It was not a meal that was value for money, and the wings tasted so bland, as though it was just boiled and not properly seasoned. We were kept up quite late at night by very noisy guests close to our room.

The hotel is definitely a 5 star 🌟 they catered for our needs and more

The entrance from the gate can be worked on a little bit more. The lighting, painting of the yellow and white path drive, and signage can be improved. The indoor pool can use a proper reception with low-key music. They also need to remove the damaged outside lamp as it makes the place deserted. The air-conditioning was only in the rooms, and the bar at the gaming area was not well maintained.

The cleanliness of the hotel and it is stunning. We enjoyed the views and the restaurant.

When we got to the property we were told to not enter with our cooler boxes and we obeyed however, the hotel staff failed to inform the white people about the same rules which we didn’t find fair. We approached them and they allowed us to bring our cooler boxes in. The staff needs to treat every guest the same.

The room was really nice - wish we had a bit more of a nicer view though. The food was good - we really enjoyed the ribs and wings combo. Lehlogonolo gave us exceptional service by the dining area and the pool area when we were getting drinks and food :) The views by the pool and dining area were gorgeous. It was so relaxing, the whole experience.

Lots of bugs in the pool, I think there needs to be multiple cleans in a day. But I still enjoyed the swim.
