The location was perfect. I cannot forget to say wow wow wow to the professionalism of the guy called Free. He knows his story and always serving customers with a smile and enthusiasm. He is an excellent barman. Keep it up bro you are going places. Another one is Thabo, loving and active, keep it up. Receptionists were also warm and welcoming. Thanks to my massager, Noxi. You are good sis. I had a perfect relaxing massage indeed.

The shower and bath. Situated in an awkward place and the bath too high to get into. The bath was also not looking clean together with its tabs. Not really attractive and conducive to use. Please install a proper shower rather than the bath. Breakfast was not really worthy of its price. Please let it be like the wimpy breakfast- be attractive!! No TV stations. It would be better to think of other people by ensuring uou have at least SABC 1,2,3 and etv for people who like soapies and other programs.

Close proximity to Sun City, value for money. Convenient restaurant serving good meals.

The chalets need to be managed better, regular fumigating, mosquito repellants etc. Though their clean, you still find alot of creepy crawlies (spiders, locusts, mosquitos etc.!

Room was surprisingly big, a little dated, but considering we were out all day, it more than met our needs. Outdoor bar area relaxed, staff were lovely and food was a decent standard 👌 staff happy to replace towels on request. Hotel Centrally located in a very safe area

Rooms a little dated but perfectly comfortable

Convenient Very friendly and well trained/knowledgeable staff, especially those handling activities: We did the early morning game drive and actually saw all the big 5 (amongst others) in one trip! Very rare. Saw a lot of animals during the quad-biking, even a springboks run. Beautiful! Very relaxing and quiet spa treatments They even make archery fun! And, of course, the mocktails were the best! Very close to Sun City for a day visit Great value for money all round - I'd highly recommend for a weekend away or family getaway spot. Will definitely go back

I booked late, so couldn't get a family room. But they added an extra bed in our room, and it worked well for us still.

The rooms were neat and clean with the beautiful view of the pool. The swimming pool was close and you can literally have your breakfast by the pool.

we ended up not sleeping in a family room because during check-in we were not given keys for both room which resulted in our luggage's being taken to the reception like we stole a room while we have booked for a family room which included both room and we didn't know we needed keys for both room. we had to do up and down while we were tired needing to sleep.

The meal was fantastic & the hotel facilities were very clean

Provision of iron & ironing boar was a problem. Clean bath towels limited as we got them first day for both & from there we were mostly provided with guest towels. Provision for bath towels is required daily per person as we use a shower.

Breakfast was good, no cold meats though. I liked the pool

Toilets and showers, or the bathroom in general, need a bit of attention. All is working fine but the finishings are old. The cistern is noisy after flushing.

Sunset game drive to Pilanesberg was great! Booking in - friendly and helpfull staff Clean, white bedlinen. Clean room. Chef's food. Big open air pool bar. Pool loungers.

Bathshower. Rather get rid of bath and make a walk in shower. Cheap quality toilet lid. No chairs on balcony. Serving small calamari rings i.s.o tubes as listed on the menu.

Liked the staff. Friendly and efficient.

There's no shuttle service from sun city to Sundown Country Estate. The air con in the bedroom only blows cold air, you should consider winter too. You have to cater for vegetarians too. Overall was a great weekend.
