We chose this as a half way travel stop between the Netherlands and Lake Annecy and what a lovely place to stay it was. Huge free car park, small but nice swimming pool, our room had great air conditioning, free ice cold water dispenser in the lobby which was very handy, check in was super quick and there was a little fridge in the room which was a bonus. Huge supermarket across the road, bakery and buffet restaurant also 2 mins away. However there was a fantastic Italian restaurant just at the right of the hotel which had amazing food and they were happy to let us take in our dog (cocker spaniel) so we could eat inside. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. Overall we had a great time and will definitely use this hotel again.

Nothing, it was the perfect travel stop.

The hotel is very comfortable. It has an open bar area and a restaurant area. The staff were accommodating and friendly. We sat in the bar area and had a lovely meal in the restaurant with very nice wine. Our room was a superior double. It was a good size with a mini fridge and a lovely shower room. There were two doors separating the toilet from the bedroom which was good. Downstairs they have a water dispenser which is great for fresh cold water when you need it. They even sell stainless steel bottles for you to use. The pool looked good but we didn’t have time to use it.

There was a strange smell, possibly drains, in the room. We had to keep the window wide open, then we didn’t notice it.

Great location and facilities, kids loved the pool and table football/tennis. Lovely breakfast and really friendly staff.

The plumbing a bit questionable, the toilet was slow to flush and there was a smell from sink and loo which made the room smell stale. Not much toilet roll and no spare.

The staff are excellent - very friendly and helpful. They accommodated my request for an accessible room, and it was great that the hotel has rooms (especially bathrooms) catering for those with mobility issues. The hotel is very well situated, only a couple of minutes off the Metz-Calais motorway with ample parking. Check-in was quick and efficient. Our rooms were well-appointed and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It was really good that breakfast is available from 6.00 enabling an early start. All told, it's the best hotel I've stayed in close to the A4 in this part of France.

The corridors are looking a bit worn. The evening meal took a long time to be served but was very good.

Firstly the location is extremely convenient for travellers because it is just 2 minutes from the motorway. Secondly the restaurant served us an excellent meal accompanied by a superb Côtes du Rhône. Thirdly our bedroom was spacious with a very comfortable bed.

As previous guests have commented the check-in process was very slow and we had to queue for ten minutes waiting for other guests to be checked in. Luckily the manager stepped in and gave us our key so saved the day for us.

The outdoor swimming pool for the kids is a great entertainment; plus outdoor big garden allows kids to play around and chill. Breakfast was really varied and delicious ; we were always looking forward 😋 😊

The bathroom and toilet could be more clean and modern , was a bit old and overused already. In need of renovation

The breakfast was nice, the pool was fun for the kids and the rooms were clean and had enough room for us all. For us it's a perfect stop on our way too and from the south of France from The Netherlands. This was our 2nd time stopping here.

Large room , near an access door to the garden for the dog. Bed very comfortable and room clean. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Didn’t have breakfast as I felt the set price of €19 euros was too expensive when I only wanted to have a coffee and toast or croissant.

There was this situation with diner that I ordered one dish but got two because the staff and kitchen staff had the opinion that one dish was not fitting with the price. A verry happy suprise for me, because these type of service are rare to find.

The smell because of a situation with the plumbing system across the coridor. But they where fixing it during the stay so for us no problem at all.

Parking has plenty of spaces and is conveniently located just outside the main entrance on the ground floor. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Located just off the motorway (2 minutes by car). Plenty of green space outside with a pool and table tennis table. Indoor free table football (although with a cork ball for some reason!) Dinner is of good quality.

Dinner was a bit expensive.
