The hotel is quite isolated from the town, but it didn't prevent us from enjoying our staying, we usually used the morning transfer (9.00), went to the Railay beach by long-tail boat, returned from the town again by transfer at 17.00, then went to the center to have dinner and walked back after 22.00. The distance from the center was quite long, but after dinner it was useful to walk). Sometimes we took a taxi, went felt tired. The territory of the hotel is clean and cozy, we swam sometimes in the swimming pool, the water was hot!! It was really great as I came from Sweden absolutely sick, and just 1 day of staying in this warmth was enough to get recovered. I recommend travelling to Railay Beach, it is fantastic! We took breakfast 3 times, it was the usual traditional European breakfast with local fruit, quite tasty and nice! The dogs living in the hotels are just one love!!! See you all next year for sure! Thank you sooooooo much!

Everything was very good

Loved the traditional materials used in the building especially the reception area. Lovely gardens. The location is out of the main area so the hotel is lovely and quiet, we had a hire car so travelling around to explore wasn’t a problem and it was nice to return to such a quiet place. Bhiraya, the owner was lovey to deal with and made us feel very welcome. It was great value for money. The room was spacious and had everything we needed and was cleaned on request. There were a couple of small areas that were a bit tired around the pool but nothing that would put us off staying again.

There were very few guests at the hotel when we stayed so it wasn’t fully staffed which we understand, however this did mean that the pool probably didn’t get cleaned as often as it would do with full occupancy and resulted in a lot of insects floating in the surface. However this is a lovely place with plenty of potential to be extremely good with just a little attention to the small details

Beautiful property that, although older, is very well maintained. The Central pavilion and pool areas are very welcoming spaces as are the immaculate gardens. The rooms are very spacious. The AC units are older but work well. The breakfasts are served in the beautiful open air upper verandah and feature made to order and buffet choices. The Beach is about a 20 min walk away and the hotel provides regular shuttle services. Scooters are also available for rent.

As everywhere in Thailand, plumbing is capricious so please be gentle with the toilets.

This boutique hotel is a sparkling jewel. It felt like an oasis away from the hustle bustle in Aonang Beach. There was a free shuttle ride to the Aonang Beach and pier available throughout the day for the guests. The staff were very friendly, professional, and provided wonderful customer service. We enjoyed the lovey pool and tranquil tropical gardens. The restaurant provided a varied menu of tasty Thai dishes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. My Kudos to the hard working staff Sue, Eed, Apple, who work so hard to make the guest feel welcome and cared for.

Top quality resort. Huge room. Large comfortable bed. Quality bedding. Nice sized balcony. Superb swimming pool. Good buffet breakfast. The manageress running the hotel was super friendly and helpful.

The beer was ridiculously expensive. We ended up buying our beer outside the resort. The resort is a long way away from the nearest beach let alone Ao Nang beach. The free shuttle bus drops you off still quite a walk away from Ao Nang beach. There is nothing close to the resort within reasonable walking distance. You are reliant on the free shuttle bus or taxis to get to and from the resort.

I love everything here, definitely worth every penny! The staffs all are amazing! The facilities are on top! Near by the beach and everything. They help me to arrange the motorbike to rent, and they even can arrange a ferry for you if you wanna go to Phuket! The dogs there also friendly i have no problem at all with it. This resorts are run by families. I'm having my really good time staying here! The room was really big! Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Krabi!

I liked everything about this wonderful hotel. The owners and staff were more than excellent. They treated me like one of their own, making me special Thai breakfast every day, giving me great tips about Ao Nang and Krabi in general. The room was spacious, with everything I needed for four weeks I spent in it. The bed was comfy, the spare bed was perfect for naps, the bathroom was spacious with excellent shower and a bath tub, which I did not use, though. I enjoyed lounging on the balcony or by the pool. The hotel is in a quiet part of Ao Nang, but with less than 10 minutes walking away from a great restaurant, fruit stand, and 7-Eleven. Fifteen minutes walking to Noparathara beach, a better one than Ao Nang beach. I am looking forward to coming back.

Everything was brilliant at Andamanee!! Sue (the owner) was incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were lovely and always there to help. We loved the location as it was peaceful and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy area. It was easy to reach the tourist trail and by taxi we paid 200TBHT for 8 people one way. The facilities at the hotel were good - we had the pool to ourselves most of the time and staff were always there to get drinks and refreshments. The rooms were a good size all air conditioned with good bathrooms and hot water. We would definitely go back next time we visit Krabi!!

Sue and her team were polite, friendly and very helpful at all times... Even when dealing with IDIOT tourists. We stayed here for 4x nights and enjoyed it immensely. Anyone complaining about the Air Con and Fridge being noisy... Or the staff talking outside their rooms in the morning... Or the room service taking too long needs to check into a 5 STAR HOTEL and pay 5x the price... or better still, don't travel to Thailand and stay at home in their cold boring lives. So... Pool was perfect temp. Beds were firm but comfy... Asked for extra pillows and got them... Shuttle was great... Breakfast were standard and the beers were always cold... What more could you want ??? Bigg-Upps Andamanee... Your tha best !!!

We loved the pool, it was refreshing and quiet. The breakfast was lovely with eggs made to order. This resort is quite far from town but gives a romantic getaway vibe. If you’re looking for a place to disconnect and lay poolside, this place is great. It has a shuttle that takes you to Ao Nang beach and runs every 2 hrs during peak hrs of the day, which is just frequent enough. We found it tricky communicating thru WhatsApp especially for shuttle pick ups, but luckily the shuttle was already doing a drop off, so we were able to catch it to go back to the hotel. The staff were very friendly and informative, most spoke English. They did have some family dogs on the property and they were friendly and tame. There is a Muslim mosque nearby that you can hear prayers announced approx 4x/day, we didnt find it too disruptive, and with the ac unit on, it never woke us up during sleep. This place was nice to unwind, relax and feel like you’re on vacation!

Our shower filled up with water very quickly and we tried not to use it. There was a bathtub we used instead. The wifi connection wasn’t very good.
