The Room, Suite, 55 sqm, enormous space for a single traveller, or couples. Nice balcony with great view of pools. And I mean pools, because there are several, some directly from rooms, with poolchannels Connecting to other bigger pool. The big pleasure here was really the room, size and balcony, and access to all Pools. The whole place is huge, and built like a Thai temple, only that is a reason to try it. Big bathroom with nice shower, and pressure. Good and helpful staff, even though check in took more than one hour. Overall a special and great experience to a very affordable price. Observe though, this was Suite room E11, and if you choose this hotel, make sure to book a suite. Double room standard has less good recommendations, and more complaints. Good location and walking distance to Nopharathara beach.

Well, it is a worn down hotel wich has seen better days. But, you can still have a great experience here if you book Suite room, wich has access to a lot better and nicer poolarea. Okay, minus, the place is big, and a lot of walking to and from pools and reception. In the nighttime the place feels a bit over given, crew finnish work at 8 pm, after that you can feel a bit lonely in the big hallways. And, a stupid system for the lights in the room was a bit frustration to handle.

Absolutely beautiful hotel modelled on one of the King's Palaces. It's 14 years old and has survived a tsunami and a 3 year COVID lockdown. It reopened a couple of months ago and all of the staff are trying their best to bring it back to its former glory. The pool area is stunning. Great very friendly and helpful staff, the manager even took us in his own vehicle when we left as no taxis were available.

Only 2 of the 6 accommodation blocks were being used, so the place was pretty empty which suited us but things like the pool bar and evening restaurant were closed. The walk south to the main resort was dark at night but only 2 mins away from the first of the many bars / restaurants etc.

Despite it is a 4 star hotel, this wasn’t what I got and they are very far from it, but I also didn’t paid a 4 star hotel fee, so the balance is fair. The location is 5 minutes walking from night market. The beach in front of hotel is not the best one, but if you walk 5-10min to Noppharat, is worth it. Staff were very kind and helpful, I got bell boy and clean room service.

In general, my 5 days trip was very busy and I didn’t spend too many time at hotel, so I don’t have any complains. I paid very cheap and received exactly what the description and information said. Of course they have many room to improve, specially comfort, facilities, amenities and cleaning. After some investments could become a small paradise.

Huge room and a balcony with a pool view. The property is stunning. The pool area was great with big deep (1,50m) pool depth. Very peaceful stay as it seemes like the hotel wasn't fully booked. The hotel is located in a peaceful area but still within a walkable distance from Ao Nang main road. The staff were extremely helpful and responded quickly to any requests we had during our stay.

Nothing major to complain about, everything was great. What could be mentioned is that the bed is rather uncomfortable. The mattress was very hard and we could feel the wires poking through. The place is under some renovation and is obviously a little rundown. We had some issues with our bathroom bidet shower leaking but this was fixed very quickly by the staff. You shouldn't come here expecting some luxurious 5-star hotel experience. Instead you'll have a unique and pieceful stay.

The staff was amazing! I got to check in later and they also upgraded my room for me which I definitely did not asked and was not expecting but it was an amazing gesture on their part. I think it might have been the manager who was super helpful and very nice and always talking and staring conversations. He was super kind and seems like easy to get to know and get along with. I liked that it was near the markets yet still far away to have quietness. The pool was huge and amazing! The other staffs were super helpful and also very kind and willing to help out. I had such a great stay and will be going back!

I think the only thing that was unfortunate is the wifi is slow at times probably due to many other people using the internet but besides that, everything else was good. Its definitely a quiet hotel location for people who love a quiet night so if that’s you, you’d probably enjoy that but if you want to stay up and be loud and party then this may be a bit of a walk from that. However, I did not mind walking everywhere as it wasn’t long of a walk to the nearby beaches and I got to explore more areas as I walked which was great.

The property itself is stunning. Haven't seen another one like it in Thailand. Spacious, clean rooms. Gigantic pool. The staff were very attentive to our needs and requests. Comfortable stay. Walking distance from the beach which is quite an isolated section. For the price to be paid, great value.

The property is highly understaffed due to which it feels a bit empty but that didn't really bother us as the staff took care of us really well. The hotel is getting back on its feet and a lot of guests coming in. Hopefully they have a great tourist season this year.

Room was amazing and huge. Lovely view over the pool area. Provided with a kettle and fridge so everything well covered. Overall, enjoyable stay..

Stairs down to the pool in the D section were filthy and had broken glass on them. Even after reporting this, no one swept them. It would only have taken 5 minutes with a brush! Found a couple of members of staff didn't seem very welcoming. Perhaps because we arrived with other family members who were staying elsewhere, maybe they thought we planned to squeeze us all in the same room. That definitely wasn't the case, though. Shame the pool bar was not operating, I suspect the hotel is running tight on their operating costs, so closing a few facilities might be how they keep running.

Super friendly staff. The property is an old kings palace and is therefore a stunning building. The rooms are very big. Great price-performance ratio.

Breakfast was very simple and not very comprehensive. The bed mattresses are of low quality.

The old architectural features make this a beautiful hotel - it is a bit aged but that is what makes it so beautiful. Our suite was very comfortable and clean. We have been travelling for a month so chose to stay a bit longer here since it provided such a comfortable environment. The beach across the road is spectacular at dusk when the tide is out and locals come out to pick crabs. It’s very picturesque- and you can walk a long way in either direction and find beauty. The night market 200m down the road from the hotel makes dinner easy (although this market was a bit touristy and did not offer the range of local food options that I expect from traditional markets in Asia). Having said that - we managed to find tasty food and some local treats every night!

Stayed for a work trip, but it ended up feeling like a relaxing holiday. I was honestly extremely impressed with the outstanding rooms, the breakfast, the service. People at the front office were very friendly and helpful, something that also surprised me was that I could easily rent a bike there which is convenient if you are staying in a quiet area. The location was brilliant; away from all the noise and crowded places. Taking a morning stroll along the beachfront felt very refreshing compared to Bangkok air for sure. Coming back and bringing my family next time!
