Everything way beyond amazing. We loved every moment that we spent at this lovely place. The private pool exceeded all our expectations and the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. They think about everything, to the smallest detail. The small gifts, the welcome message on the door, the coconut vouchers, the handmade wax seal on their personalized letter, the door sign plushies instead of do not disturb cards, we loved everything. This is without doubt the best hotel we ever spent time in. The food was tasty and more than enough, the breakfast has variety and there is always something new. Everyone is friendly, polite and always try to look after you. You can always come forward with questions or wishes, they will be there to help you with anything. The room is packed with things that you might need but could not bring along, like a pocket knife, or a gigantic umbrella. The shuttle that they provide is also a very thoughtful detail, they always took us, no matter what. We cannot be grateful enough for their kindness and services! Thank you!

Everything was exceptional, great location with quick and easy access to Ao Nang. The staff were all very friendly and keen to help with anything that was requested. The facilities were immaculate, very clean and plenty of living space, we celebrated a birthday during our stay and staff were more than happy to help and coordinate the room. Definitively recommend !

The only thing that we can mention is that sometimes there can be a few flies in the private pool but staff are very quick to clear the pool upon request, nothing to reflect on the hotel at all just a word of warning.

Newly renovated villa, very clean and modern, super nicely decorated, large pool.

It is about 3 km away from the beach, they offer free transfer 4 times a day, last transfer at 4 PM only one way. Grab is very hard to find and it costs about 100 BAHT during the day and 150 BAHT during the night, to get to or from the villas to the beach. Not really walkable distance. If you drive a scooter, you are totaly fine and within 15 minutes you are at the beach. Staff were all very nice but their english could be improved to offer a better experience. Breakfast lacks variety.

Impressive place to stay, staff is really friendly and breakfasts are exceptional with multiple choices and signature dishes available. All the areas are well maintained and private pools cleaned regularly as well. Quick access to both nature spots around and Ao Nang beach attractions if you have your own transport.

I'd add an option for a bit more privacy to private pool areas of villas as they're currently see-through for passers-by.

The property is amazing from the moment you walk in. You’re welcomed with welcome drinks and taken to the room, the room comes with a Netflix profile, drop off service to the beach/market and a lovely private pool! These facilities were amazing for us as a Muslim couple as I could enjoy a private swim, the overall experience was exceptional! The staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel truly think of all your needs and wants, and seem keen to continue to improve. Although it wasn’t our honeymoon I would recommend anyone who wants to go to Krabi on honeymoon or some nice ‘couple time’ away, to stay at the Pin!

I would have really loved some more variety on the breakfast menu, the menu options were given to choose the previous day, but after a few days, it got really boring, as the options were limited. But they did also provide unlimited coffee/tea from the machine throughout the day, which was nice and there was toast, yoghurts, cereal etc to also choose from. The location of the hotel was also slightly out of the way and grabs are difficult to get some evenings, but the drop off service was really useful for going out before 5.

Clean and beautiful. Most of the staff were nice (some were not so nice in the restaurant) Housekeeping was very good!

Unfortunately not a luxury boutique hotel like they mention. Had to fix some stuff upon arrival - door lock, filthy shower head. The furniture was low quality and sofa pillows were stained. The bed was rock hard, but I got used to it after a day. The pool did not get enough sunlight so it was quite cold so I could not use it even though I really tried.

I liked the overall setting of the resort. Liked having my own private pool. Really liked that I could enter into the washroom right from the swimming pool. Didn't have to go through the room. Breakfast was nice though you had a choice of items they made fresh every morning when you arrive at the breakfast table. Had problem finding Grab to & from the hotel. Though before 5pm they provided shuttle to Aonang Beach area which was good but sometimes I used to leave after 5pm or come back late at night & had issue getting Grab. One time I had to walk 5km to Aonang Beach area around 5km to get to restaurants. Rest everything was great. Rooms were clean & room service was great. They cleaned room everyday if you wanted. I indicated the linen to be changed only once in 2-3 days as they gave this option.

Just the location. Rest it was a great experience. I will definitely stay again for the private pool.

I think this is the best accomodation I ever stayed in. Everything regarding facilities it’s perfect but what makes this place amazing is the people. Everytime I was coming back from visiting I felt like I was coming home as they go over the top to make sure you are comfortable . Breakfast is amazing also, they even have some traditional thai dishes. I don’t have enough nice words for this place.

The villa was amazing, beautifully decorated, modern and clean. Having a private pool was really good too. I especially liked the outdoor bath. The room had been decorated for my birthday which was a nice touch. On arrival you are taken to your villa on a golf buggy, there is also a free car shuttle service down to Ao Nang and you make your own way back. Taxis are readily available in both directions, we mainly used grab and had no issue. I would highly recommend the landmark night market 5 minutes away for street food. Breakfast was great and free good coffee available all day.

Nothing - it is slightly out of the way but 5 minutes in a grab and you are there for 230bht

Friendly reception by the manager with welcome drink. Beautiful spacious villa with our own pool. As we had the bigger slightly more expensive one there was also room for outdoor furniture, beanbags and couch. The hotel seems to be rather new, everything is in good condition, groomed gardens. When leaving we even got a little lunch package for our travels.

The breakfast needs to be ordered one day in advance. As it's freshly prepared anyway, we're not quite sure what's the idea behind this. The hotel is situated on a busy road outside the town center. Walking is not fun so car or scooter is reccomended.
