They really roll out the red carpet for you at this hotel! Delicious juice, bowl of coated peanuts & sesame crackers while you fill out their form. Comfortable couches in a nice lobby if you have to wait for your room - or cross the street & hang out on the beach. We had booked a side sea view but had asked for a full sea view if available. The lovely young woman who welcomed us said she would have a surprise & she did - an upgrade to the full sea view at no extra charge. We loved it. Everything else was wonderful - nice pool, great buffet meals (2 were included in our package), super friendly staff in the dining room, especially Rania. The private beach was great - fabulous view, a little rocky like most south coast beaches, but a nice bay. We liked it so much that we extended an extra night. Also the Venetian Fort & Napoleon's House were great to visit in the cute port area of the town.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the friendly and attentive staff who went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The location was ideal — close to the city center but still quiet and peaceful. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Everything was excellent There was absolutely nothing that I didn't like.

Everything - location, layout, facilities, and the staff - we were made to feel so welcome and valued as guests, it was really lovely. We were so impressed by the hotel and all who work there.

We liked everything. We would like to have eaten breakfast and dinner outside and maybe we could have, we didn’t ask.

Breakfast was simply outstanding! Love the pool, beach bar and the modern amenities! Big thumbs up, A happy stay! Wish we stay longer.

The staff was fantastic and very friendly. The location across from the beach was very good. The private beach is nicely maintained and there's a nice beach bar. The food was pretty good for a buffet, and there are many options.

There is a busy street between the hotel and the beach. If you sit in the last row of umbrellas, the noise from the road can be a bit distracting, but we got used to it. It's a bit far to walk to town, especially when it's hot.

Nice room, a little small, but comfortable. Breakfast was very continental but then the guests seem to be mainly from Germany so I can't complain. The food was OK, but then there are so many nice restaurants around it is hard to complete. The staff were all very friendly and the bar on the hotel beach was excellent.

A beautiful beach is right across the street with complimentary sunbeds and parasols (excluding wooden "kiosks"). Staff was friendly and welcoming and makes you really feel at home. Wish I stayed a few days longer.

This was our second time in the last 4 years staying at Tylissos Beach Hotel. Its hands down one of the best places to stay in Ierapetra. EVERYTHING is just a short walk away. The hotel staff is always amazing. The hotel has been beautifully updated since our last visit. The room is wonderfully comfortable with the most amazing shower. The bar/pool staff are great. Breakfast selection was as good as ever. I can't wait to come back next year!!!

All the people from the staff were wonderful and tried to do their best to ensure our most remarkable stay. Mr George, Nikos, Rania, Natalia, the reception team and of course the PR Manager Nick with his endless energy!!! Thank you all and hope to see you again!
