The size of the room and it was very clean. The spa is nice, too, not extraordinary, but that was a big plus. Breakfast buffet with dairy free options and gluten-free options, too. The staff in the morning at the breakfast was very kind and efficient and attentive. Possibility to park the bicycle in the garage (although there wasn't any space - could add some racks). Nice decorations and art pieces around. Coffee and kettle with tea in the room, good bathroom too!

The blanket was a narrow one, was the size of the single mattress. (So there were two single mattresses with on each one one smll blanket). And.. I don't know if it's because I had a last-minute deal or because I don't look like a typical luxurious hotel client (I was doing a bicycle tour, so a bit dirty) but I didn't feel welcome. There was no explanation on how the spa works (where it is or the hours and other possibilities), neither about breakfast times and its location, or even a question like "do you have any question?" There was no bathrobe in the room, although other clients had. But as soon as I went to ask, someone brought it to my room.

Very nice and spacious room. Felt very welcome with our dog, a waterbowl was even placed in the room. Very nice breakfast. Location was nice to get into Bremen just walking

The room was located a bit in the 'back' of the property. First you needed to go up some stairs/lift, then walk sort of through the hotel and then take stairs/lift down again at another place, and then walk through the hallway there. So that was a bit annoying if wanting to get outside. There was an additional charge for nearly everything at this hotel. Even though parking is their own private parking, you are still charged 10-25EUR a day for parking.

Park Hotel Bremen ist a real luxury Grande Hotel Like in the old days. With a Beautiful scenic view. Rooms where really clean, Spa was exeptionally nice. On Nicolaus days WE even got a little chocolate. It was a good way to relax a bit away from the city. It is good for big Events and really Beautiful inside

The Hotel ist walkable Close to the Main Station, but still quite afar from the city. It is a bit more pricy Hotel, and we Had Problems with he cleaning. It did Not Always come, even If IT was Said IT would.

The staff were so friendly and let us speak a little German and English when needed. The park location was great as we could go for walks after breakfast. The English breakfast was great, they had loads of other choices too but the full English was superb (though no black pudding! ;-) The swimming pool was heated and so you could go swimming on a cold day and in the rain, it was great!

The sauna had a “must be naked” rule. This is totally normal in some countries and too weird (sometimes illegal!) in others. Would be better to be able to choose to wear trunks or to be naked. Maybe have a women’s only sauna if helpful. The wine was good but very very very expensive. Left us feeling a little ripped off so only drank there once. Good chips though!

Service (I had a number of requests, all of which were dealt with very successfully, including sewing a button for me, which was great!), breakfast, extended check-out - all sorted very well.

I had ordered a twin room but when I checked on arrival it was a double. Also, having extended check-out time, the key card hadn't been adjusted so when I went back to my room (quite a long way from Reception) the key didn't work. (Small issues only! Overall, excellent.)

Beautiful room, clean, cosy, all the luxury you need. Also for the dog, who got a present, a blanket and nice feeding bowls. Fantastic very attent and efficient staff. Very friendly. Quiet hotel with a lot of privacy. The breakfast is great. Great room service. Wonderful portier. The location of the hotel at the beautiful Burgerpark is worth a stay on it self.

The outer look of the hotel could use some extra renovation or paint here and there. I also think they could make more out of the garden and terras, but all this does not make the stay less nice.

The location of the hotel was absolutely amazing. It is the most delicate and impressive atmosphere that I have ever stayed in Germany. Inside of the nature, with the voices of the birds, fresh air combines with an elagant hotel that provides you all elegant facilities as well as nobility. The rooms were very detailed cleaned, great bathroom amenities that makes you feel relax and private with great smells, a very rare and private smoking room, many different choices of breakfast with high roof height, historical building newly designed. What I can say more...

Perfect location, lots of nature, very comfortable beds and good value for money, including spa access, gym and breakfasf. Massages and other spa services are not expencive. They are also pet friendly.

Bottle of water and tea could be cheaper. It is only 2-3 eur cheaper than average coctail. Other prices are generaly okay, considering high quality food standards.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, in the world! Exceptional in every way. Also surprisingly it was not as far from the centre as I imagined, a beautiful walk alongside the lake, then a short walk across the park to Tram line 6 or to the train station. I imagine most people staying here would take taxis, but for those who have saved for a special treat, that it is accessible by public transport may be useful info. There is a fair at night in the park, far away enough not to hear it, but close enough to walk, which my daughter loved. The fitness rooms & spa area are fantastic! 3 floors & superbly designed with views onto the park. Swimming outside in a heated pool in the rain was a very special experience. Children are allowed in the pool but obviously not in the saunas. The dining rooms are magnificent, with chandeliers..A very grand breakfast experience!

It was all wonderful. Conditioner in the bathroom would have been useful.

The whole place gives a nice grand feeling. The building is a very old one. It is well kept and the facilities are quite good. The breakfast was really nice and the cigar lounge looked great! (Did not get the time to use it)

Although we had booked one of the bigger and more expensive suites that they have and had requested an early check-in, we did not receive the key even a single minute earlier than the official time. The bathroom looked great but one could smell the sewerage given the old piping behind the new finish. The room was comfortable but had a very "old" look and feel
