The hotel is less than 2 mins from the train station. Great shops and restaurants, etc, on ur doorstep. Ice, vending & 2 washing & drying machines in the lobby area and newspapers. There is a microwave too and bins under it. Easy check-in, nice biggish rooms compared to others in Tokyo. Great toiletries, shower gel shampoo & conditioner provided. Fresh towels left everyday housekeeping every 3 days. Very clean, comfortable beds and duvets. Great window with a view of the trains passing they were not loud and didn't disturb us at all, even nights with the window open. Great black out curtains. Umbrellas at reception to take a lend of. Restrooms down in the lobby, too. Metro museum is only a couple of stops away. Kettle, fridge and hairdryer in room. Trousers press available at the lift.
It is, however, 30 mins on the train in to most the better known parts of Tokyo. So if u miss the last train, u have a good taxi ride home. About 70 euro. The bathroom is quite small, and the step into the bath to shower is quite tall, & the door has frosted glass, so u can kind of see what's happening in there. Large step into the bathroom itself, too. Pillows are dreadful, like most hotels in Japan, so definitely bring ur own. Tv is big but all Japanese and not a smart tv. No wardrobes, 6 hangers on the wall, could definitely do with adding this in as there is space for them.

the room was a good size for a normal Japanese hotel, I've certainly stayed in smaller. it was quiet, clean and in a great location. google had a meltdown when i was trying to find this hotel and it kept taking me to the one around the corner. this one is in the opposite side if the metro mall street. i often find beds in Japanese hotels to be as hard as an old table, but the two apa hotels i have stayed in, on this trip, have been very comfortable. the staff here were exceptional, including Nagaoka who loved a chat in English and also a good laugh. i now leave for my third Apa hotel stay.
the bed was sagged on one side, so i turned it around and it was good on the other. the fridge, no matter what setting it was on, froze solid anything i put into it. the pillows are more like floor mats. thin and hard... they would be my least favourite thing about my stay.

APA hotel is good value for the money. They always have the best locations. This one is literally across the street from the train station. There is another hotel of the same brand literally a block away. Around the area are a lot of good restaurants and convenience stores. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The beds were comfy and all amenities were provided. Small fridge in the room and a kettle. There is a microwave in the lobby.
I accidentally booked a room on the smoking floor so there was a bit of a stench in the hallway, however it was to be expected of a smoking floor.

Extremely clean rooms and very convenient amenities, basically perfect especially considering the relatively low cost. Extremely close to station. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Obviously considering the price there aren’t any special facilities, which is completely reasonable. The location isn’t so far from the city center (about half an hour on the metro), but there is really not much to do in the surrounding areas (not many good restaurants and basically no sights). Just something to keep in mind — eg it’s not really worth going back to the hotel during the day to rest and doing something nearby afterwards

I’ve stayed at APA Hotels in Japan before, but this one is my favourite. I didn’t expect this level of comfort, hospitality, and staff always ready to help. Clean, friendly, and in a good location. Even though it’s not in the centre of Tokyo, it was still easy to get around. Cozy and calm. I’ll definitely come back.
The only thing I didn’t really like was the pillow. I prefer to have a European-style one. But the bed made up for it. Soft, clean, and very comfortable. Slept really well.

The hotel is in an awesome area. Dollar store and lots of restrants right across the street! Donkeote 15min away, 7eleven like 5 min away, station 5 min away. Staff is awesome, willing to help, and always greeting with a smile. House keeping every 3 days at minimum. We got fresh towels every day. Matcha and cups, night wear body towels (like a wash cloth type thing) every day, too. They offer body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Overall would love to stay again!
The room is kind of small, but to be expected in Japan. The pillows.... they are designed to be flat, so if you are a side sleeper, bring your own.

The location is the top-most advantage. Rooms are good.
Breakfast is a problem - they serve mostly Japanese breakfast. Veg Indians can eat the croissants, salad and milk and coffee only. Also, the staff is very unaccommodating. We had to leave the hotel at 6:30am for our tour to Mt. Fuji. Breakfast starts at 7am. We requested for just coffee and bread butter, which they refused and we had to leave the hotel starving. We couldn't have anything.

Great room, clean, modern, really nice small details and useful accessories. Helpful staff
It was a bit tricky to figure out how to see your room's Wi-Fi password. There kind of was a guide on a paper but it didn't say what to do if the password wasn't already visible on the TV screen. It could easily be solved by writing somewhere: If your TV was set to showing a channel when you walked in, you need to press "VOD" on the remote :)

Nice staff. Small but Clean rooms. Would be nice for solo travelers. Quick responses to requests. Nice toiletries. Walls seemed thick and didn’t hear other guests very much. Close to train station. Chargers by bed. Fridge and kettle in room. Deep tubs. Overall pleasant stay and would stay again
Not large enough lobby. No individual heat or air in each room. No microwave in room (though there is one in the lobby)
