Great location and modern, comfortable apartment. The bed was very comfortable with good pillows. The TV is a smart TV so we were able to use Netflix.

The check in details were not sent to me prior to my arrival, despite numerous messages. This caused needless anxiety. The only time I received a response was via WhatsApp a couple of days before my arrival. I was told the instructions would be sent the day before, but they weren’t and my message the morning of my arrival was ignored. I had to ring when outside the property and was promptly sent the apartment number and instructions how to get in. This could have been explained to me instead of ignoring all of my messages. The apartment would benefit from a kettle, bread knife and tea towel in the tiny kitchen.

The apartments were tasteful and modern, with a lovely courtyard in the middle of the complex. I initially thought we were away from all the action, but it turned out we were 100m from the Roman bridge and when we crossed that we were on the doorstep of the Alcazar and the whole tourist centre. The accommodation was all that we could want, with a washing machine and dish washer. There was a lovely sitting area and bedroom separated by a low wall with an ensuite. The kitchen with a full size fridge was great for meal preparation. We were late to arrive and Pedro was fabulous, helping us to get in and assisting us with recommendations for where to eat and catching taxis.

Front entrance takes a bit of effort to open the door after entering the code, but what a wonderful oasis you enter when you are in!

Excellent location, easy to walk to main attractions. Quiet room (but maybe there were not too many guests), with A/C to survive the scorching heat of Cordoba on June. Nice equipment in the room (TV, Coffee machine, laundry machine, etc.)

The only issue they have is way too many ants in the ground floor that goes inside the room and sometimes even the bed (so you need to avoid eating near to the bed). Also, as recommendation, when travel with car try to park in front of the property to avoid guys in the nearby street asking for money for parking (like they own the street)

Stayed in apartment number #1 >> PROS: - the check-in was very easy with code outside and lockbox inside the building. - The AC was working perfectly; - The space feels very proper as a studio/flat, it's not small; - the shower was very good and the bathroom very pretty; - there's a good kitchen to be used and all utensils seemed well provided; - the location is within walking distance to everything you want to visit; - no need to wander around too much around for parking, it's usually easy and also free at this region.

>> Cons: Not a big problem that did not interfered on my great experience, but just to consider: - The shower drain wasn't draining properly since the first shower, and it seems like a common problem. It would get a good level of water even tho we are not big time showering and economic on water. Thankfully the shower cabin is built well and the water does not overflow to the rest of the bathroom. - Also ordered a silent room and was surprisingly given the room near the street, but thankfully was not noisy, so another one just to mention. Nothing much else to dislike =) very happy with this stay. Will recommend it and might come back. Thank you Team

Location is very good if you arrive by car. You are just outside the old town so it's much easier to park and then you can visit the city by foot, since it's really close to the main attractions. The apartments are quite recent and very beautifully designed. The bed and pillows were super comfortable

Check-in could have been better. We didn't receive any information prior to arriving on how we would enter the apartment so we had to find a number to call once we arrived to the building (not sure if we just were unlucky or if this happens with everyone). But once we were able to speak to someone, check-in instructions were pretty clear and we were able to get to our room quickly. It's also self check-in so it's pretty flexible.

The location was perfect. Not far away from the bus station (only have to cross the bridge and you are almost there) and it's very close to the main attractions! Furthermore, the apartment is just as the pictures and the descriptions that you see on the website!

Because there is no one managing the apartment on site, it was not possible to keep out luggage in the building after check out (have to look for luggage storing spots in the city center, ex. Hotel). Besides this, everything was perfect :)

We liked the location, size of the apartment, well equipped for someone staying longer, clean and quiet area.

Possibly a misunderstanding or miscommunication, but no details were provided in advance how to check in. We arrived at 15:30-15:45 from a long trip Gibraltar-Malaga- Cordoba and waited in front of the door for 15 minutes before we managed to get in touch with the host. For any self-check-in places I’ve stayed in, the details were provided with sufficient time in advance. Hot water is provided from a boiler so be mindful taking a long shower because the 2nd person might wait a long time or take a shower with cold water before it’s heating again.

Great location, easy to check-in and nearby you can find a lot of places to park. The apartment is just a 2 minute walk to the Roman Bridge and the apartment was well equipped for the stay.

If you have a ground floor apartment you can lack some privacy as the windows face the common areas and also to the street.

everything is perfect and so clean. apartment has everything you need, kitchen things, hairdryer, iron, coffee machine, fridge.

The property was very central yet very quiet. The shower was exquisite with perfect water pressure. The LED lighting and overall decor was very tasteful. The street looked slightly intimidating at first but we eventually found it great thanks to available street parking and quiet.

The check in process required to fill in a lot of personal details and document details in a clunky online form from a third party software vendor. This was a slow and painful experience. The bathroom had a moisture smell, and was missing hooks that had previously fallen off.
