Easy to find. Bus stop from train station is within 50m. Includes a restaurant. Adequate and appreciated on a wild, wet cold night. Nice soup. Staff were friendly and spoke English. Staff were helpful to direct me to local attractions and how to catch busses back to the station....there were more options a little further away with more frequent buses. Lift didn't work, but a lovely staff member carried my bag up to my room. Jug and coffee/tea in the room. Nice towels and bed was comfy. Housekeeping staff were friendly. The room was clean. Good lighting in the bathroom. Nice desk to write or use computer at.

I'm not a fan of having a shower over the bath. It would have been good to have an extra grab rail to assist. No room safe. Outdoor smoking area 10m down from my room, which made it a bit noisy at time. There was a bit of machinery noise, but it stopped by 4.30 pm and didn't start until 8.30 am.

The hotel location is very good. So close to center of zwolle. Hotel stuff are really good and very helpfull. Thank you to again to them.

Excellent value for money! A room with everything you need. Next to the hotel is a beautiful historical part of the city, which is pleasant and interesting to walk around!

Close to downtown, friendly staff, great breakfast and helpful customer service

The shower curtain was dirty and the mattresses were extremely sink through. We also Couldnt lean against the wall because the beds are on wheels and slide away when we did

very welcome staff, easy check in and checkout, perfect location, microwave Owen in the lobby

water accumulates in both sink and bath for a long time, no electric power socket for teeth irrigator. It requires more power than shaving device. window was locked and can’t be opened for the fresh air.

Have stayed before and like the location, just away from the busy town centre.

Lift not functioning but, in fairness, The Campanile did email us with plenty of notice and apology

Comfortable and clean throughout the hotel, friendly helpful staff and a great choice of foods for breakfast. A 20 walk from the train station it is very good value for money and I will definitely book there again

There was nothing not to like

Had no problems. The room was clean and quiet. I was just staying to sleep for the night and everything was perfect for what I needed.

Everything was fine.. However, its not the hotel's fault but Google Maps led me to a vacant lot down the street from the hotel. Had a moment of confusion there :D

Stayed for one night to attend Go_A gig at 'Hedon' venue which is only about 2 minutes walk away from this hotel. Hotel very easy to reach from main train station, only a short bus ride and couple of minutes walk. Nice staff, vending machines in lobby, plus small bar and restaurant (didn't have time to try the restaurant unfortunately)

Staff was friendly. Good price at the time of booking. In a good location with a easy walk into the town centre.

Mattress, can hear spring popping back into place. Room is not fully soundproof. You can easily hear other guests in the hallway and cars outside.
