Location, very clean, nice decor, friendly hotel staff

Hotel restaurant not great. Food was overpriced - €85 for a paella for 2 people(!) and mediocre. Paella was over salted, salad leaves looked like they came out of a package. They were brown and wilted. We asked for salad without the goat cheese but were charged for salad with the goat cheese: €27(!!) Manager not very welcoming or helpful with suggestions, wine was poured without asking us to taste first. All in all an unpleasant experience. Very disappointed. Especially when the bill came to about the same as another restaurant just next door with superior quality food and service.

Good location of the hotel by the beautiful beach. Dinner at sunset with delicious food on the beautiful terrace is an experience. The attention of the staff including reception, rooms and bar staff is worth it. 10/10 for Samira (thank you) 😊 Breakfast ‘a la carte’ and served at the table is nice. The rooms are small but suitable and clean for a short stay. We really enjoyed our stay at Maysi. 100% recommend!

We missed soft music during the day and towels by the pool. The parking is a bit small. The menu is very overpriced, but the food is great.

The location was amazing - right on the beach a lovely pool and sweet restaurant that was very good. The hotel is in a very quiet area of the island, no shops around only a few beach clubs and restaurants (which I loved after 5 days in Ibiza). It's right across the street from the super high end hotel pacha which was nice to check out for lunch. I would definitely return, although I will say the rooms were more basic than I expected. I was in the out house (for lack of better term) building which had no view and my back window looked on to the staff parking and dumpster area so not ideal but the overall location is great. Not sure if the rooms in the main hotel building are less basic, the one I was in was pretty bare bones. Overall, my stay in Formentera was my favorite stop on my trip through Ibiza, Formentera and Mallorca so I would recommend but preface with expect a rather basic hotel room.

The location is great! Just next to a beautiful beach and very quiet (the hotel next to it does parties in the afternoon but only until 22.00). It's worth paying a bit more for the rooms with the stunning seaviews (we didn't but saw some of them open when cleaning). Very friendly staff! Easy to rent bikes and scooters.

Typical formentera problem in most of the places there: rooms expensive (or small rooms) compared to the main land (very clean) and also the restaurant (very good quality though).

Location is really good just in front of an amazing beach and close to beach restaurant. The breakfast was amazing and staff really nice! There is external bathroom so you can take shower later after check out, they also provide you towels. Dinner is also very good. Room was modern, well maintained, shower was great! Bed very comfortable. Sea view is amazing and stunning sunset.

The swimming pool was very dirty, even though the guy cleaned it in the morning, water was green… not nice to stay.

The hotel offers a great view, the beach and the water are simply amazing! We always used the bus L2 to H. Riu/Maryland. From there you can walk via the beach on a wooden walkway to the hotel, approx. 7 minutes walk. Basically you can reach all major beaches and towns by bus. There are no shops in that area, so you might want to stack up on water etc.

Be aware that restaurant prices are very high! There are no cheaper options in that area, the churingitos are no longer there.

The location was fantastic, right on the beach. The staff were excellent, especially the young girl on reception and the ladies in the restaurant.

I honestly can’t think of anything that I didn’t like, the only thing may have been the overwhelming smell of fresh paint in my room, but I can’t fault them for refurbishing right before I got there

The location was fantastic, right in front of one of the best beaches on the island! The whole hotel is excellent, from reception to the restaurant and pool area. It's worth choosing a sea view room, we can see the sunset from the balcony! We went with our 6-year-old daughter and she loved it! Breakfast was very good, we could choose what we wanted and it was served at a table with a fantastic view of the beach! We went on half board, and during the 3 dinners the options were always different. The reception and dinner staff were exceptional, we loved them!

The price of the stay was a little high but given that prices in Formentera are very high, I think it was fair.

Amazing location right next to the beach, Casa Pacha and Pirata bus. Very nice views of the beach, the swimming pool area was awesome and the food in the restaurant was so good. Staff really nice and welcoming.

Restauran a bit pricey (but it’s the average price in the area and the food was worth it) More amenities would have been welcome (there was not toothpaste and a hair dryer)

The hotel is in a superb location. The staff were super friendly and efficient. Naturally, prices are higher due to the location, so expect this.

In the evenings the sound from Casa Formentera keeps you awake, it echoes through the hotel. Therefore, it's ideal for short stays only, or if you're a night owl.
