The price was very nice, and the staff was willing to provide my siblings with a bunch of silverware and cookware for making our own breakfast (the rooms had kitchenettes and stuff for basic cooking). The staff was also helpful when we ran into problems.

Breakfast was disappointing, especially because it disappeared really fast. Not sure if there just wasn't a whole lot set out or if I just got up too late (30 minutes after breakfast began) and most things were already taken.

There was a definite smell all around the hotel. They did not allow smoking in the hotel or near the front door but there were several guests that did smoke during our stay in designated areas that carried the smell with them heavily. There was a cigarette and pot smoke smell directly out front and in the lobby of the hotel.

Then staff, from reception to maintenance, were very cordial and pleasant. The responses I got for requests were prompt, and management was constantly following up on my satisfaction for how the issues were addressed. if there is one thing I wished the room had was bathroom ventilation. besides that, my overall experience was very good, and if in future I happen to need a place to stay in the area, I shall find myself returning to this Hotel.

Lack of bathroom ventilation. Carpet needs thorough cleaning on edges. Water in shower was mostly going down the drain without ever going into the shower. Need upgrade on USB-C charging. Outlets were hard to get to by the beds, Overnight phone charging was therefore, a challenge.

I liked that the hotel was close to the event I was in town for. it was also close to restaurants.

In order to use the shower, I had to let the water run at least 15 minutes in order to get hot water. No dishes, glasses, or silverware in the kitchen. If you were planning on cooking, you were not able to do so.

The property feels like home. Sushma does an excellent job going out of her way for her guests. Please recognize her efforts and due diligence.

They need to improve on cleanliness in some aspects.

You can tell that they take pride in curb appeal. The parking lot was clean other than a single dirty diaper recently tossed on the ground. The room was clean and spacious, well maintained and the staff were super pleasant.

cigarette butts on the ground outside the entrance that were not there yesterday at check in and I’m sure that when the morning staff come in, the cigarette butts will disappear.

Close to alot of restaurants.

Halls smelled smokey. Beds were'nt as comfy alittle firm for me not enough pillows.

There was an odd smell could have been from food cooked in the past. But in general no complaints

The breakfast was alright for us, it was grab on the go. The parking was close too access our room. Employees are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, we were well rest the next morning.

There was nothing too dislike.
