It was a very good breakfast and the staff waas happy and pleased that you noticed the variety and there effort tom insure you enjoyed it.

Nothing comes to mind at the present, We came there go to event at the Ruby theater and it if the bill as I really don't like driving in the night hours. Used ttto be gret in my younger years , but time changes you.

A small roach crawled across my bed by my pillow while I was sleeping. I think I startled it when I turned on the light to go to the bathroom. I wasn’t upset, but I imagine this could ruin someone else’s stay. Otherwise the staff was friendly and attentive, and the place was comfortable.

Rooms are designed so you can open a door between two rooms That is what we wanted but did not get. What I got was a very noisy man next door who was up all night coghing and going to the bathroom. No way to sleep as there is very little sound insulation between each room and I could tell his light was on all night. Obviously not very much sleep.

Clean

everything was good except the servicing of the room but we were told if you stay more than one day its every other day which made sense .

the room kind of smelled like smoke . we did not have a smoking room but maybe the one below, above or beside us was and it just lingered into our room .

I liked the breakfast and the location. Everything was clean. The staff there was courteous. The building was safe and secured at all times.

I didn't like that the website stated you can check in from 2-3pm and the associate said I would have to pay a $25 fee to check in at 2pm.

Everything was very good.

At breakfast the staff watches you so closely what you take. I understand they probably wanted to help, to control that everyone had enough. But, they need to step away for a while so that the guests could feel free.

I had issues at check in. The lady behind the counter was able to fix everything.

The beds were hard and creaky. I was expecting a soft mattress but was sadly mistaken. I woke up multiple times in the night from the noise of the bed and from hurting.

Very convenient location, clean and nice breakfast and we could bring our dog which is a real plus. I would stay again in my travels.

Walk in showers in all bathrooms, a little better lighting in rooms

I didn't like that the policy for the two hundreds deposit, but I'm glad it's refundable.
