Where do I begin? Number one…..they answer the phone! Two. They express their gratitude for your business and you’re not just a number, (My room key was waiting when I arrived) three…the rooms are clean and there’s more…the hotel is just off the freeway, a really nice gas station/country store within walking distance, and just up the road, BBQ!! And if you’re lucky, you’ll meet the owners who are an absolute delight!!’

All the staff are friendly and welcoming and They always manage to save my favorite room. They’re joyful. Well groomed lawn, newly paved parking lot, lots of room for travelers with rvs/boats. Walking distance to popular Country store (best hand dipped ice cream around) Convenience to freeway.

Exactly what was advertised. Almost 1/2 of what newer properties are charging with lower ratings. This is no frills. Clean sheets, hot water and a very comfortable bed. Exactly what we needed for a good night’s rest.

This is definitely an older building. Still had pink tile in the bathroom. You are getting what you pay for here!!

Clean, updated furniture and freshly paved parking lot. Well lit, feels safe. Convenience to freeway and Smithfield center. Next door country store/fuel station, and famous ice cream/deli. Super staff!

It feels much safer than the congested areas of hotels in Smithfield, and very quiet. The owner is here and he takes pride in his property and appreciates his guests.

Easy access, clean, friendly staff and owner, fairly quiet considering it’s near 95. The room key cards always work! The staff always answers the phone.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was quite. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

I have no complaints. Everything was great.

Super easy to get to from the highway , I was greeted super nicely and the room was spotless. Mattress was so comfortable.
