The high level of alacrity amongst the staff — the professional grade service was amazing! Book with confidence, you will not regret your choice of this hotel. Location, comfortable beds and facilities, friendly staff — what more could you want? We had a mini-health emergency and Jean Carlo and team were very responsive and helped my buddy get to the ER. We needed to stay another night and they quickly made arrangements. Mattia and other front desk staff were very helpful. Highly recommend.

The room was great: spacious, clean, and perfectly located in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the main attractions. Breakfast exceeded expectations, with a great variety and even the option to order a cappuccino (contrary to earlier reviews that mentioned only filter coffee). What truly made the stay exceptional was the warm and incredibly helpful lady at the front desk. Mille grazie!

Beautiful hotel with lots of Burri art on the walls. Comfortable bed and close to restaurants and sites. Good breakfast. Staff was helpful in scheduling a taxi back to Arezzo. Great air conditioning. Massive shower and modern bathroom.

I would have liked real cups/glasses in room instead of the little paper cups.

We liked the kind and efficient hotel staff, the excellent breakfast, the central position of the hotel with parking available, the fireplace in the lounge. In other words, we liked everything.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like in the hotel. We would definitely return if possible

Lighting in wardrobe area - constantly on/off. Also a general point applicable here and in other hotels. Do not push your eco credentials ( about reusing towels ) if you do not provide a working plug in the sink.

The quality of the room is superb. Beautiful sheets, confortable bed, excellent shower. Up to date and very clean Charming hospitable service.

The interiors: they are modern yet with the charme of the old monastery it once was. Plus, located in the historical center of town.

Love this hotel. Perfect location and room was comfortable. But Mateo was extraordinary!!! We travel a lot and he was by far the best front desk manager we've ever encountered. They're very lucky to have him. He made our stay memorable.

Perfect location in the heart of the town. Easy parking right in front of the hotel. Very friendly receptionist, eager to help. Modern, well-equipped, spacious room. The beautifully renovated hallways attest to the origins of this hotel: a monastery from the 17th-century converted to a hotel in the 19th-century.

Breakfast did not reflect the standards of a 4-star hotel. WIFI not working in the room.

The rooms are very spartan. A coffee/tea kettle and a bottle of water would have been nice.
