This location is truly wonderful! Such a beautiful B&B and apartment. We stayed for seven nights and traveled with our dog. Everything was very complete. Much attention to detail throughout the B&B. Our apartment had a private patio and there was also a seating area by the (very nice) pool. On arrival we had ordered a selection of Tuscan pork and cheese from the local area and it comes highly recommended! Our hosts Sheila, Sylvia and Roberta made sure our stay was very pleasant: they are incredibly helpful and kind. Breakfast was also very tasty each time and it had lots of choices. Dinner made by Sylvia is also highly recommended. There are good hiking possibilities in the near area. At Roco di Pierle Agriturismo they know what hospitality is!

A wonderful week high up under the Tuscan sky. Highly recommend Ricco di Pierle, a place of luxury, charm and peace as well as great base to explore many medieval hilltop villages and towns. Sheila was a wonderful host and Silvia prepared delicious meal and Roberta’s cheerful greeting and génerous breakfasts each day set us up well.

Absolutely charming - the landscaoed garden and architectural detail of Rocco di Pierle is outstanding

Roca di Pierle is a paradisiacal retreat. The staff is highly-communicative, personable and thoughtful. Upon check in, we were greeted with an espresso and a tour around the grounds. They provided us detailed info about the region, including insights from their local experience.   Each morning, chef Claudia made a fantastic breakfast from local organic cheese, juice, honey, salami etc. The language barrier did not prevent joyful interactions with Claudia, who has a sincere lust for life.   The tiered gardens are enchanting and well-kept. The apartments are roomy yet cozy. Each reservation includes a designated patio to enjoy breakfast. The pool is nestled in the hillside and offers a stunning view of the valley. Overall, I would highly recommend Roca di Pierle. The emphasis on local staff, products and sight-seeing allows guests to experience Tuscan living at its finest.

we loved the fantastic view, incredibly welcoming and accommodating staff (Roberta and Sheila) and delicious breakfast and spent a very relaxing holiday. The location is off the beaten track, located in the pierle valley close to beautiful Cortona. There are many beautiful towns worthy of a visit close by. We were able to play tennis (for a fee) and spent hours (days :-)) in the lovely pool. Closest (fast) e-car charger is in passignano (a 15' drive away). Our boys (9 and 11yo) were spoilt by Roberta with extra Nutella. Sheila and Roberta were both exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rocca di pierle is very lucky to have them! We'll be back!

we couldn't easily access the gated car park because the bottom of our e-car scraped along the ramp. it is possible to park out the front though.

Stunning, luxurious, comfortable, and clean agriturismo nestled in the rolling hills of Umbria/Toscane. Sheila, the host, was extremely helpful, friendly, easily accessible, and thoughtful. Upon arrival, there was a homemade cake waiting for us, my wife received a special attention for her birthday, and Sheila even arranged dog treats for our dog. The apartment was fully equipped with all the conveniences.

Probably the best villa I stayed in. Everything was beyond expectations: the view, the pool, the breakfast and the 2 great ladies for the staff. The room is at 5* standard.

The price for dinner is a bit high and there are no supermarkets close by to buy things like fruits or water

Gorgeous views and incredible hospitality. Sheila made our weekend the best it could be. I highly recommend the cooking class with Sheila and Silvia! We will look to visit again soon. 10/10

There’s nothing to dislike at this property

Amazing property with wonderful views! The staff were wonderful and felt more like family!! We opted to take the cooking class and that was so much fun! We would definitely go there again! Thanks ladies for making our stay easy, fun and so very enjoyable!

Truly everything was wonderful. I do wish they didn't have an extra charge for the little things - like using the laundry facilities, bringing our breakfast to our patio and the air conditioner. Simply make the cost of staying there a bit more and as we say in the U.S., stop "nickel and dime-ing" us - it felt like "oh, and that costs an extra 5Euros and that costs an extra 5Euros and so on!" Just make it one price and it includes the little things, too. I still highly recommend this beautiful place!

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in the hills of Tuscany/Umbria. It had all the modern convenience’s combined with Old World Charm……Hotel staff were pleasant and friendly they couldn’t do enough for you !!!!!

The property was beautiful and well maintained. Staff were excellent - very attentive, excellent knowledge of the area and always willing to go out of their way to ensure that guests had a wonderful and memorable stay.
