This place was exceptional....clean, comfortable and extremely well maintained and modern! The location had us guessing in the beginning but once found it was a very nice relaxing stay. Parking provided free and complementary breakfast included. Awesome huge clean warm pool....room was a pleasant surprise to some of the other not to good places we've been. Aircon was cold and quiet. Hot water and just clean and maintained. I would recommend!!! We'll be back when in the Davao city!!!!

Friendly and accommodating staffs and the cleanliness. The location is accessible to malls, restaurants and convenience stores. But despite being in the middle of the city, it's quiet and relaxing

There's no security guard both in the main entrance nor the parking area. Opening ang closing the gate by ourselves is fine but it's still okey to have a security guard since parking gate is always left open.

The property was clean and helpful staff on hand. The room was comfortable and good size for a couple. The pool was right outside and very enjoyable to swim. There was lots of privacy here. The location was great with a 7/11 and few other shops walking distance, we rented a car and was able to park it off street around the back which was great. Toiletries provided. Will come back again.

The pool closes from 9pm-8am. Not a big deal if you don’t like swimming at nights

Pool was well kept and clean, enjoyable place to relax! The breakfast was very standard, but was great way to start the day! The room was very clean and spacious.

The location was vey busy and felt cramped outside of the resort; but as other travelers have described the hotel - A surprising Oasis, within the hustle and bustle of the city

I loved this place. Located in a great area to launch you visit to Davao. The staff was helpful at all times. The grounds are well maintained, and the art in the public areas was beautiful. Well Done!

The breakfast is a little on the spartan side. Small and simple. No choices.

quiet even though were in the middle of the city. everything is just in arms reach. 2 gardens with a pool for the price. beats all the competition all the time. love it.

nothing much, I am really happy to have stayed there. the pool maybe, because my 3 year old kid couldn't reach the kiddy pool. kiddy pool is around 2-3 feet tall.

it was our second time on this property the pool is very nice although they have to improve their offered breakfast. all in all, it was a nice stay and sure we will recommend it to our friends.

only the downside is we don't like the idea that we have to doorbell and wait outside the gate to open. it will not be comfortable especially if you will come very late at night. we expect it like a hotel where you can just come and go anytime.

The rooms were excellent, comfortable and clean. The pool was enjoyable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area and gardens were lovely, and the shaded area was handy during the day. The poolside rooms are a great location!

The breakfast was limited. We stayed for 4 nights and did not see any cleaners or any way of requesting that the room was cleaned. We had to ask the reception for more toilet roll.

The Staff are very helpful and approachable. From porting our luggage to our room, getting us a taxi and helping us figure out where to get where… The place is clean and very relaxing. Recommended place to rest from the city’s buzzing and crowd.
