The location was great. The beach was very clean and calm. The staff was excellent and was always on top of coming by at the beach to see if we needed anything. The room was comfortable and so were the beds. Everything was very well maintained and friendly staff.

The on site Resturant was excellent although a little pricey. But definitely recommend trying it at least once. We had it for breakfast. But you can definitely get good breakfast/food just down the street at a much more reasonable price and I feel much more authentic. I suggesting searching through an app to see what is available.

The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. I was thoroughly impressed with their attentiveness. The food offered at their establishment was absolutely delicious. The pool was well kept, and we enjoyed using it.

The pool closes somewhat early. It would have been nice to have use of it after 8 pm. Also, not sure if this a hotel miscommunication or Booking.com oversight, but apparently, they do not allow 4 adults in a room with 2 queen beds. While that was what I had requested, imagine my surprise when I arrived, nearly at midnight after a long day of travel, to be told that 4 adults weren't permitted and I would have to book another room. Luckily, after an uncomfortable conversation, the manager on duty over rode the policy. Again, I clearly had requested for 4 people when I booked. If this was not allowed, I should have been told beforehand .

We got put on the 9th floor which was awesome! Amazing views. Room had a coffee machine and complimentary water bottles. Also an iron & board, as well as a safe. Location to the beach is perfect. The restaurant was great and perfect views.

The refrigerator in the room is only if you pay for bar service which is annoying. Not a fan of the fact the TV turns on automatically when you dock the key. No hair dryer which surprised me, I never asked if they have them upon request though.

The property was very central of greeting restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. It’s directly on the beach with easy access to the sand. The hotel provides beach chairs and umbrellas to their guests with bar service. The staff were extremely helpful and nice! The cleaning staff left our room very clean and smelling good every day. Highly recommend!

During the weekend, the music from a party off-property can be heard in the rooms

Location, location, location…

Location is great for a beach day. The room was clean with a great view. The restaurant, Cafe, and little store are all great and convenient. Staff was all great.

Location is a little far from tourist activities in the city. Because it was semana santa the hotel was busy and noisier than my previous stay. My room had less amenities than my previous stay

Spacious and bright rooms, clea property. Friendly staff, quick reaction to customer needs. Awesome food, filete chemita is the best

No mini fridge in the rooms. Lack of tea or coffee pot

The location, the pool are excellent. The room is also very good. The small fridge was available and working, it was very useful.

The room was not clean, there were ants in the bathroom and in the furniture of the room.

one of the servers chose her tip amount automatically as she skipped through the prompts on the credit card machine without asking what percentage I wanted to give. I would’ve already tipped the highest tip without her having to do that. construction noise, and dust. I know inevitable but maybe not on a Saturday?

The pillows and comforter were stinky, the sheets smelled clean but the heavy linens had BO, which made it hard to sleep on. The restaurant was pricey for an average food.
