I absolutely loved how clean and upmarket the unit was and that the staff was super polite from the initial point of contact and was able to accommodate me checking in after 9 pm as I travelled through 4 provinces so it was a very long day of exhausting driving. I loved the attention to detail like the sweets on the bed the extra tea and coffee and the provision of a 250ml milk where as most accommodation only provide the Parmalat milk pods here I was able to enjoy my cup of tea upon arrival and departure and that’s my good end and start to my day. The unit had modern furniture and the shower was amazingly hot. Given my extensive travel across the country I must say this place definitely is one of my favourites now!

The roads in Bloemfontein are not good with the potholes so travelling to the location was not as great but the accommodation itself was awesome

The 30 on White is in a good, quiet neighbourhood on a large plot of land with beautiful gardens. It is peaceful and ideal for relaxing or working. The bedrooms behind the main house are spacious and well-appointed, with sofas and a nice workspace. They have very comfortable beds with excellent linen and towels. A bonus is freshly ground coffee with a French press for those coffee lovers. The breakfast is also a delight.

The room I stayed in felt a little run down and could have been great if the following were attended to: The sofas, curtains, and comforter desperately needed cleaning. Room 5's wardrobe felt out of place and did not fit into the space. Although there is a microwave in the room, there are no plates or cutlery, which I found awkward. The shower door could not close properly.

We spent the night here enroute to the Eastern Cape for our holiday. We left early so didn't have breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable although the bed was a little on the firm side for me. Decor was stylish. Excellent quality toiletries were provided. The staff member that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Located close to the freeway and close to a selection of restaurants so was super convenient

Just the bed was not really big enough (think it's only a standard double) and a little on the firm side but that's a personal preference, I guess so not a big issue

The location and breakfast were great ! Thank you to JR and Jade for going the extra mile in fixing the power issue. They were very helpful and friendly to make us feel welcome. The service was excellent. Thanks a million, we will return again. The beautiful modern decorated rooms were, clean and fresh. The loft is excellent for any family and colorful. All the rest of the rooms are lovely spacious and clean. I would recommend this property to anyone.

I would definitely advise a swimming pool. This would have been an excellent advantage to the property. The cool aircon in our rooms was such a relief after a long hot day traveling from Cape town.

I felt the location was very central to everything including my appointments and shops. Very convenient. The property felt safe and was beautiful. The room was very comfortable and had everything needed. The staff were very friendly, trustworthy and amazing. Loved my stay and would be happy to stay again.

There could be a bowl, plate and cutlery in the rooms just for use for dinner purposes. Otherwise I was happy with everything

Lovely modern and spacious contemporary guesthouse. Well located in pretty Waverley. We booked The loft for our family, it’s in the main house. Nice to have a lounge and a small fridge plus microwave, plus Nespresso!! It can sleep up to 7, in 2 bedrooms. We were 4. Perfect for our overnight stop on a road trip. However also lovely for a few days. The area is easy to find. Conveniently located to two shopping centers and several great restaurants. Good communication with the manager, Jade. Wish we could’ve stayed for breakfast, I heard it is great.

Clean, comfortable and perfect location

We felt rushed at check out. We left for a meeting and planned to be back to leave by 9am. The manageress phoned to ask when we would be back so they could clean the rooms, and in fact went in to strip the beds before we got back. We were under the impression that check out was before 10am and this made us feel unwelcome.

Guesthouse was beautifully presented with exceptionally accommodating staff, well appointed and spacious rooms with generous bathrooms. Good range of TV channels and very comfortable beds. Location perfect for us in pretty suburb close to Bayswater Village with 2 very nice restaurant options. Would definitely recommend!

Not a "didn't like" as such, but surprised such a nice venue didn't have a little pool

The place is very gorgeous and aesthetically pleasing. The staff is very friendly and caring, felt really like home. I had an engagement surprise planned out in the venue and front and side view of this view complimented the decoration so well. Special Thanks to Sister Charlotte for her efforts and hospitality, she's the best!

The room is spacious, including the en-suite bathroom. The grounds are clean and lovely. Breakfast was also nice.

We arrived late, and had informed the property about this during booking, but the staff who opened for us was very grumpy. The air conditioner was working but not as effective due to the cold weather.
