We loved the location being close to everywhere we had to be during our trip to Bloemfontein, and that even though it was close to everything, it was quiet and peaceful. We appreciated the bottled milk, rusks and water bottles that were in the fridge and that were refilled/replaced the next day. The room was clean and the beds and bedding were lovely. It was spacious and clean. Another bonus was the inverter that assured there was electricity available, even though loadshedding took place.

We did not know what the Netflix password/pin was - it would've been nice if that information was also in the book on the table. We asked for it via a Whatsapp message, but we never received it. It would've been nice if there was a multiplug/two-point plug available to use for charging our phones.

Bedding and room were clean. The photos is of the room we got.

The parking is very full and far from the room. We had room 2 with the double bunks at the back. Reception assured us that nobody will park in the parking next to our trailer and that she will always be at the office. Non of this happened!! The bed was not comfortable. Also not extra length. It was very wide. While I booked I marked the option to pay at the premises. The money was taken from my credit card directly after booking. They promised to take up with Booking.com

Upon arrival, every staff member we encountered, from the reception at check- in to housekeeping staff were delightful and eager to help! Excellent property and very convenient. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. The rooms are impeccably clean and very comfortable open plan style. They went above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. It’s the perfect place for family or group of friends.High quality rooms with top notch service. Thank you so much, my family and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this guesthouse for anyone visiting Bloemfontein.

It's our home in Bloemfontein.... The staff is welcoming and friendly. Jean-Mari...you became a friend immediately. The rooms make you feel welcomed from the moment you open the door... We love the fresh milk that is in the fridge for when we want a hot beverage. I needed to check in earlier as the given check in time...it was arranged immediately. I checked in two hours earlier and still my room was perfect for me to get comfy and rest.

Everything! My reason for going was for peace and quiet on my own and that place did it well. I'm definitely recommending the place to my friends as it's an awesome place and close to town.

To be honest, I can't say there's anything I didn't like. Maybe if I organize the place for multiple people we'll see how it goes

The room was big, a very comfortable bed with quality bedding, nice and big bathroom.

Plugs next to the bedside needs to be converted to the latest ones so we can charge phones on both sides. The one they have is far and not enough if there is more than 1 person that need to charge.

Everything was just perfect. The smallest detail is covered. The bedding smelled like it had just come out of the wash, the bathroom is big with both a bath and a shower. Beds are comfortable and the place is wonderfully quiet.

The cottage was great. We stayed at no'1. The perfect one for us. We'll always use it when we come back. Lovely staff. Was very impressed with bath washes etc, large bottles placed in the bathrooms and very good quality.

Only issue, Toilet seat in bathroom cracked and old.

The Clean and Modern style Finishes.

The tiling in the Bathroom though, especially the shower can be finished properly to give a better feel to individuals staying in the unit. The shower tiles on the wall have a cloudy yellowish colour, almost like it’s not being cleaned properly. With proper cleaner and maintenance, can look and feel really fresh.

Luxurious bed- and bathroom. Spotless. Friendly and helpful staff. Very well priced. Central location.

Lack of hot water after one shower so had to wait until the following morning for my wife to shower.
