The staff was perfect. Even though the first supper wasn't palatable, and the floor manager informed, she didn't make a big issue. Instead she apologised and made an exceptional effort to make up for it. The rooms were clean and neat. I had asked for a breakfast package since I was heading out before breakfast was served, ncoooo, you went beyond my expectations and I thank you. As for the car lift, yhooooo aaaaah, It was lit, big ups to that!😍😍😍

The first supper served on the 28th of July. The fact that the shower didn't have a door or curtain made me miserable as the water would splash on the bathroom floor and make a mess.

I have stayed at the Premier Splendid Inn Hotel on numerous occasions, and every single time I am left feeling extremely welcome and blown away by their incredible hospitality. The staff have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure that my stay is nothing short of perfect. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail make each visit an absolute pleasure. The friendliness at the hotel is something special. Every team member, from the front desk to housekeeping, has always been genuinely welcoming and eager to help, which creates a wonderful atmosphere throughout the hotel. The facilities are excellent, with modern, well-maintained rooms and a variety of amenities to make my stay comfortable. The dining options are always fantastic, and the overall environment is relaxing and enjoyable. In addition, the location of the hotel is ideal. It’s centrally located, with easy access to local attractions, shopping, and transport, making it a perfect base for both business and leisure. As a returning guest, I can confidently say that I will continue to stay at Premier Splendid Inn every time I visit Bloemfontein. The exceptional service and consistent quality make it my go-to choice. Without a doubt, I give them a perfect 10 out of 10 and look forward to my next stay!

We travel a lot and enjoyed one of the most peaceful night's sleep ever thanks to the soundproofed room and the incredibly comfortable king size bed (wow 10/10). The in-room dining menu (available until 21h30) was a welcome bonus. The room was fairly spacious, well furnished and fresh. Friendly and attentive staff. Good secure covered parking. We prefer more leafy countryside hotels, but had to stay central this time and the location definitely met our needs. I wouldn't go out for a late night stroll in this area, but I didn't feel unsafe at any point either. We can highly recommend their upgraded King / Executive Rooms. The cost is comparable to an entry level room in a 4star hotel but you'll have way more space and therefore get better value for money. We'll stay here again if we need a centrally located property in Bloem. Well done Splenid Inn Bloemfontein!

Only a couple of areas where you can improve - i.e. worth bringing up in your next management meeting: 1) Lack of greenery - a few plants in reception, the lounge and foyer area on each floor will make a big difference and enhance guests' overall experience. 2) Not to nitpick but seriously... I strongly suggest that you get a contractor to rip out those slippery floor tiles inside the shower and replace with standard non-slip mosaic shower tiles ASAP. I had the shower running for a few seconds and very nearly ended up on my back when I stepped in. Definitely the wrong choice of tiles for a shower. Not a deal breaker, but someone can get hurt.

Yoh,I have a problem with that parking at the top,the lift is too small and my car is very big,I was I might scratch it on the walls,but the next day I was offered parking on the neighbour building.the phone was not working,I was using my phone to communicate with reception and restaurant.the lady who was doing house keeping on my room Saturday she pissed me off,I had said that I don’t need the room to be cleaned Saturday morning because I thought I’ll be in the room resting the whole day,,but I decided otherwise and left the room and asked for the room to be cleaned,she seemed to have a problem with that,I don’t know if am not allowed to change my mind and plans.we had a bit of an argument about that.

We loved everything about our stay. The staff is super friendly. Every corner you turn, you get someone greeting you. They accommodated us by letting us check in an hour earlier due to us having an event to attend and get ready for. The buffet breakfast was top-notch. The lounge where we chilled at Saturday night after a hectic day, was absolutely amazing, and it is beautiful decorated. It definitely gives "home away from home" vibes. Oh, and the music, it gave "romance vibes"🤗

The portion of meals were very big. Would rather had a smaller portion and a lower price . No children’s menu but was not charged for the child’s breakfast. We broke down on the highway and were towed into Bloemfontein. The staff were very accommodating and kind. The restaurant staff were excellent !

The carpets in the room could do with a clean. The rest of the room was spotless! The price of the breakfast was a little steep I think more guests would take breakfast if the price was more reasonable. Even if you priced each item seperately . We appreciated that children eat breakfast for free and stayed free. The hotel is a gem for business people needing to access the centre of Bloemfontein.

The Premiere Splendid Inn in Bloemfontein is absolutely a top choice! As a regular guest, I am always impressed by the excellent service and comfort the hotel provides. The rooms are always clean, well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. What truly attracts me is the great value for money, which is consistently delivered. Whether you're here for business or leisure, the hotel always offers a pleasant experience. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

The staff at this establishment are absolutely splendid. They are diligent and friendly. They respond swiftly to any reasonable request.

There may be one or two maintenance issues. In my case, the WC did not flush. However, this was swiftly rectified by someone from Reception. On the other hand, I had reported the problem much earlier and was under the impression I had to wait for the plumber - who had gone somewhere although my issue was urgent. This delayed my onward journey somewhat.

Location and the rooms are what you expect. Clean and generally well-maintained. Cleaning and kitchen staff are lovely and friendly and are customer-centric.

Parking facilities are limited and the entrance to the basement parking is best for SUVs and cars with off-road capability. Limited breakfast options. Not really worth the buck. Staff is lovely though.

The staff were absolutely incredible - I got proposed to there and they were incredibly nice and helpful even before I knew what was happening. The staff did the most and the actual room was so nice! I honestly had the best time and not just because I got proposed to.

The only thing was the aircons could have worked better. They worked fine it was just so hot we would have liked the room to be cooler.
