The Breakfast was excellent and so much, I could not eat it all. There was something of everything. The Staff was friendly and helpful. The room had a nice bath and a shower for my Husband as well, we had a nice view with our own door to the garden. It was silent and we could get all the rest needed. Very, very happy with this accommodation.

Maybe they can give new coffee and sugar every day?

It was cold during my stay the room was cold and the heater was not working . The room was too cold and I couldn't sleep and I requested an extra blanket they promised to add it but I'm sure they forgot. I did enjoy my stay but as a person that isn't familiar with the cold area I'm sick already.

This was our second stay at College Lodge and will be our go-to for all future Bloemfontein visits. We love the professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the lodge, the super comfy beds, well-appointed bathroom, balcony - the list is too long.

Room was sooo neat and the facility was beautiful... Top notch

Please fix the guiser set up, we shared the guiser with the kitchen and we didn't get hot water alot... Also.. Have shade on the balcony... It was going to be nice also to open the pool as it was said to be opened on the advertised site on the date of our arrival.

Large room. Coffee and tea provided daily. Friendly staff. Ample parking..

Breakfast not included. Linen smelled a bit strange. Like green bar sunlight soap or something was used to wash the linen. It was clean but not pleasant smelling. No chair to sit in front of the mirror and do hair or make-up. Bedside lamps did not work.

We loved the place very much, clean rooms and we didn't struggle getting to the place and what we like it was close to the mall, walking distance. Friendly Staff, especially the lady at Reception (Naledi).

The Rooms, didn't have a fridge nor Microwave. We were looking forward into swimming but ffound the pool dirty and asked them to clean it but we aslo figured it was situated inbetween trees, so it had lots of leaves in it and very cold....

Breakfast was very good as the staff in the kitchen were able to prepare fish in exchange for pork which was the sweetest act of them. The location is good moving away from the city center gave me some beautiful moments.

My stay was beautiful no complaints

Our booking through booking.com showed lush beautiful and serene gardens which the room overlooked. It also showed a spacious luxurious room. Upon arrival, we were met with a tiny room overlooking a parking lot. If we had seen such pictures we would not have booked there. The staff was, however, very accommodating and upon pointing this out went out of their way to move us to a different room after the first night. Even though we had to pay an upgrade fee, this now matched the pictures and the upgrade fee was acceptable.

Feeling deceived upon arrival. This was very well managed by the staff who had us smiling after the first hour and in a better room the next day.
