It was safe, everything was within my reach so I was just walking to every location and that saved me money for cabs, not forgetting that the hotel was affordable itself. There was always someone at the reception when I needed something and they helped with a genuine smile. I was more that satisfied with the service, felt like I was in a five star hotel, I was very happy was even difficult to leave.

Not that I have a problem with it, but I think it could help to widen the rooms especially for families with kids the current one's are really small. . And perhaps add wardrobes in case guests have clothes that needs to be hanged without catching dust.

The location is very convenient as it is really close to the N1, so it was not an inconvenience to stay there. There are also shops (e.g. PicknPay), Spur and an Engen garage. Everything you need is in close proximity. The staff is really friendly and helpful and the security is good.

The other guests in surrounding rooms were quite loud (walking up and down, moving things around, talking, etc.) which posed as quite a distraction but that is not the hotel’s fault.

Everything was brilliant. I was blown away by the kitchen facilities and friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Mpho was on duty when I checked in. Iwould definitely book here again except for one detail. It was very stuffy in the rooms and the aircon only worked for 5 minutes and then switched off. It was a little difficult to sleep because of the heat.

Omw!! I loved how friendly the staff were. We left and when we got back to the room and it was neat, clean and fresh bedding was put on. Thank you Sun1!!! 💋💋💋

The room was small, so very limited changing/dressing space for my family and I. But in all honesty I really cannot complain about Sun1. We were really well taken care of.

We enjoyed the Spur next door as it was so convenient for dinner and breakfast! The room was nice and clean! Thank you.

Sadly the water leaked through the bottom of the shower door and into the floor. I also banged my head a few times on the upper bunk bed when I stood up from the double bed🥲

Room was clean and fresh, staff and parking security very friendly and helpful. Availibilty of coffee 3 o'clock when we left was a plus.

The Air-con didn't work in Jan at 38 degrees, room gets a bit small for 3 people with no aircon.. :-(. That was a bit dissappointing because that was the attraction when we were 24 hours on the road..

Good for family and very accommodating

One of our room it had smell of cigarettes it seems as if it was not properly cleaned or someone did smoke but we didn't complain because we're tired we nneded to sleep but the other room for my boys was ok

The location was very close on campus where my graduation took place so it was a walkie distance to campus.

I didn't like that the rooms did not have wardrobe to put the bags and clothes

I liked how comfy and homey our room felt. The beds and the room overall were super clean. I loved the lighting in the room too🤭!

We had a hard time storing food. A nice bar fridge would've done the trick, do please consider that. Even if it means renting them to us.

Front desk staff & other personnel friendly and helpful , checked in a little before check in time 😁. It is within walking distance from the mall & affordable. Could improve on the bedding decor 😝.

Check out is at 11:00am and already @ 10:35am the housekeeping lady was knocking on my door persistently like I wasn't going to leave. I was finishing up packing & checking whether I wasn't leaving anything behind. It wasn't nice & I told her that. I hope this isn't a daily occurrence.
