Martin was a wonderful host. My taxi needed to be arranged and he helped me with the right information without delay. Breakfast was special as he remained in the venue to chat with me and answer any questions I had about Bloemfontein as I don't know the area well. He was extremely friendly and I would recommend anyone to go and stay their on there way to and from Bloemfontein. Pleasant quiet area. What a pleasure to feel home away from home and Martin truly made me feel safe as a women travelling and staying alone in Bloemfontein. Loved the two nights and the breakfast was lovely.

There was nothing that I could say about this place that was negative. Thank you Martin.

i loved the room, it is spacious and definitely will return. it has both shower and a bath. i was amazed by the table for having your meal mhhh and it is highly secured.

I had to leave early morning, i dropped off my keys as instructed and only to be disappointed by the gate as it did not open up until at about 6h30 this made me very late. I believe the should be someone where we report this incidents so they are resolved urgently, i did not have the number of the receptionist and he told me he does not sleep there. there i was stranded in a very cold morning in Free State. really this needs to be looked at. further there was an attempt to debit my account despite the advertisement saying that i will pay on arrival. they actually charged me more than what was qouted on bookings.com

What i loved most was the quietness and the staff, they are very communicative and friendly. the room was neat and comfortable so i coudnt really complain about anything. the place is ideal and affordable for someone who is in town for business and looking for a place to stay for a few nights. it worked for me and i will continue to use it more often when i have work in the city.

They do not have Dstv, that would be valuable especially us who loves sports. i missed the Champions league games which was sad but nit a train smash.

Everything about this place was absolutely great. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The room was spacious, so I could get a workout done. Great value for money! The host was welcoming, allowed me to drop my bags at his place because I arrived before check in time and had to be somewhere for the day!

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

The rooms were specious, and beds were comfortable. I love the double room with separate bedrooms and the sitting table. The showers were hot. The time of our visit in Bloem it was freezing cold and the aircons did the job to keep us warm. We will definitely go back to Premier Guesthouse if need arise to visit Bloem.

I know breakfast is standard just to cater for those who don't eat pork. Overall breakfast was good.

It was exactly what I wanted, our room was separated from the children's room, the bathroom also hey it was perfect for me, their service, and the communication. I all 100%.

I didn't notice anything that I didn't like because I was just satisfied.

We arrived later than check-in time and managed to use the self check-in option. That was very impressive, shout out to Martin and his good communication. Well organized staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Distance to the University and Mimosa mall is reasonably good.

The breakfast was not very accommodating to those who do not eat bacon or pork. They only had to eat bread and eggs, no beef sausages or chicken strips.

The stay was overall awesome, breakfast was excellent. Parking was excellent. Room 5a and B where we were accommodated were excellent for both us as parents and our two children

Only disappointment we used cold water to shower (apparently there was something wrong on the day of our stay and if the guesthouse can at least purchase emergency lights for use during load-shedding, it will make things better

the place is very clean and beautiful, clean and easy to find. it is close to the Mimosa Mall which makes it perfect for the stay. Tha car was safely parked underneath the carport

Most of the people who booked there were from one church, and we all had to leave at 07:00 and the breakfast was planned for 08:00 so we didn't get a chance to enjoy our breakfast and forced to buy food along the way to church. They could have arranged some fruits and soft drinks for us a day before or even come in early to prepare something for us, as the customers.

I hated the breakfast. I really dislike Russian sausage . The rest was OK.

The fried eggs could be better done. I would discard the Russian sausage for a different type and vary the eggs maybe every other day. If one is there for five days it becomes monotonous to have the same thing everyday. Granted there was scrambled eggs the other day. Lots of mosquitoes but once I bought insecticide I was OK.
