The man on reception and who served breakfast was so lovely. Very helpful and happy The bathroom must have been newly refurbished as it was very modern and clean. Comfortable bed and good breakfast. Safe parking. Its about a 30 minute walk into the centre of Dignes les Bains.

The room didn't have air-conditioning, but it did have a fan. We did know this at the time of booking but its been 38 degrees. Totally our decision to book knowing this.

The room was pleasant, the bathroom had been refitted and was excellent, modern and clean. Wi-Fi was very good and on site parking was just what we needed. Breakfast (extra cost, but great value) was continental, plenty to eat, and served by the owner. We enjoyed it all. Am extra note - there were no local restaurants to walk to on a Sunday night. We visited the burger van, 15 burgers, a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. This was also excellent and I can recommend.

Nothing apart from 2km distance from Digne centre, which I knew about when booking.

The two member staff, husband and wife were extremely diligent, friendly and helpful. The tea, breakfast and baked stuff was delicious. Ample parking space.

With temperature soaring, the addition of aircon to the rooms will be useful

The room was very clean and it looked like the bathroom had just been redone. There was a fan we could use to get cooler air at night.

The outside needs some sprucing up

Received a really warm welcome upon arrival, also received much help regarding car hire and transport- thank you so much! Breakfast good and plentiful. Nice size rooms, including the bathroom, and a sunny aspect with views of the surrounding hills. Despite being near a main road hotel was quiet and not far to walk to find the riverside path. Boulangerie, supermarket nearby, as are bus stops to get to Digne or to the Carrefour shopping centre. Having said that, it's only 20-30 mins walk into Digne: not so far if you're a rambler!

Kind staffs. Clean restroom & shower room. Breakfast was simple but good quality.

WiFi was a little bit weak. No problem in checking e-mails, but not suitable for more complex tasks.

The perfect host. We were just passing through and needed a cheap night, and this proved to be beyond our expectations. The manager could not have been kinder.

Nothing negative to say

Location was easy to find a little way out of the town but very easy by car to go in fo the evening. Private parking very useful. Lovely continental breakfast, better than some more expensive hotels so we were very happy.

Furnishings and facilities are basic but adequate and appropriate to the cost of the hotel.

Everything! Breakfast was great. The owners are divine, ready to assist with local knowledge and information. Truly, truly lovely couple.

Can't fault the hotel.
