The apartment is in the city center. There’s a lot of option if you need anything, the city has a quite big supermarket which is a few minutes walk from the apartment, and pharmacy also. Next to the apartment is a restaurant which made our stay perfect. Good foods and staff. The location is really good, easy to find. The receptionist is really kind and helpful. Overall, that is a good place to stay a few days. Highly recommend.

The walls are really thin, we heard the neighbors every step. Really busy and loud street , some people like to chat and talk each other on the street for hours.

Located in the center, next to a bakery and restaurants. The supermarket is at a few minutes walk. The room was more than enough for two persons. It’s an older accomodation, but it is clean and well maintained. The kitchinette had everything we needed to prepare meals at home.

The fact that for a fresh set of towels we would have to pay 5 eur per person and the daily fee for air conditioning of 9 eur even tho it works only from 10pm to 6 am seems also quite high

I liked how spacious and clean the apartment was. It had all the appliances needed. It even had a bathtub. The pool is just around the corner, with a bar and animating team for the kids that spoke three different languages. What a great idea to organize a pool party in the evening!

When you are a light sleeper, the sounds of the neighbors can wake you.

Excellent apartment, very clean, great location, pool nearby, noisy neighborhood, but didn't bother us, we enjoy!

The bed in bedroom is not comfortable.

The central location. The spacious rooms. Good parking space in an enclosed garage. Kitchen was adequately furnished. Beds were comfortable.

WiFi was terrible. It needs to be improved. Rooms were on the dark side. On the first evening there were motor noises nearby in the house that were annoying at 3 am. Some street noise due to the central location. When we asked for another plastic garbage bag we were told that next time we should bring our own. Rather petty!

the city of Tignale is located on a hill and the road along which the navigator led us was dangerous…. the car stalled and rolled back down the hill….when the residence stuff ask as if everything is ok we said yes except for the road we came from…. their answer was - “ oh yes, how much we struggle with google maps so that this route is not shown on the map”. But at the same time they did not warn us about this in advance ……

The staff was super friendly. The location is fantastic, in the middle of small, cute town of Gardola. Discounts for local retaurants were also a great bonus.

In my opinion, towels and toilet hygiene should be included as the shops aren't open all the times

The location in the centre of Tignale is awesome. We also liked the fact that we had the availability of the pool, a drying rack, free parking space, a 10% discount in the Apollo XI restaurant, and 5% in Gelateria next to Casa Gardola.

We were a bit shocked when we found out we only have one toilet paper at our disposal. 🤭
