We stayed for one night with our family. Overall, it is a different experience from mainstream hotels. It is centrally located in the heart of N'eliya town. The staff was lovely, and the place has a rich history. The gardens are beautifully maintained. After dinner, our family played a game of Uno near the fireplace—such a cosy atmosphere. We enjoyed a beautiful buffet breakfast - a good spread of food options.

The rooms were slightly smaller than we expected.

It’s a very good property, u will feel u are in English style era 100 years back. The property, staff , the surrounding, vibes are all English colonial. Staff is very helpful, breakfast is excellent. We stayed in suite , gave us an extra bed for my child. Garden is super exotic. I will recommend this property to all who wants to live the English era in present time. They have fireplace as well .

As always Jetwings Hotels hospitality is beyond expectations. As we entered to the hotel, Sujani was so helpful same as all the other Staff members. Really liked their Suprise cake gift and presentation for my dads birthday celebration.. Keep up guys !

Nothing bad to say, but small disturbance of next room guys snore through out the night.. :)

We only stayed one night as we were passing through Nuwara Eliya, but we would have happily stayed longer. The hotel is lovely, and the buffet evening meal was our favourite throughout our whole trip. It was my wife's birthday whilst we were there, and the hotel staff organised a birthday cake at short notice which was greatly appreciated.

The town/village surrounding the hotel isn't the best, so you will need to eat at the hotel, or drive further afield if you want to eat out.

very prestigious property with lots of aristocracy. We loved the suit with attic. It as perfect for a family of four. Buffet dinner and breakfast was very good choice which was changed regularly. It had a very beautiful garden, which we could not enjoy due to bad weather. In summery perfect for those who like to relax and love slow travelling.

Not much activity in the hotel. It was great for mature travellers but kids can get bored easily. Considering the fact that they have ample space, they can arrange different activities like BBQ and horse riding for kids. Just a suggestion.

# My only complain was with the room - though it has great views, I had two problems.. - The room is very cramped - I can hear even the guests breathing in the neighbouring room, something immediately should be done about it

It was amazing experience to stay in beautiful historical hotel. It is about 150 years old building, it has beautiful exterior and interior. The hotel upgraded our room and gave us family room with extra place for kid. Breakfast was also very good)

The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times, from check-in to check-out. They also packed a great breakfast for us and our guide as we had to head out super early.

There was no hot water in the morning; so that was a bit disappointing.

Beautiful hotel surrounded by a lovely garden. Very nice bar with a fireplace which they light in the evening. Great location; only a small walk to the city centre.

The pictures of the rooms at Booking.com look slightly better then what the rooms look like in real life. Thats why I think the roomprices are a bit high.

AMAZING!! Throwback to colonial Ceylon with a modern sustainable touch. Where to start.. the fire place? the beautifully cut bushes in the garden? the amazing breakfast and dinner? the super comfortable beds and spacious rooms? the environmental conscious (no plastic, waste water treatment, etc) projects in the hotel? Everything was a 10/10! The price for the night is absolutely great for the value. The staff is very friendly, rooms are super comfy!! The dinner was a bit pricey for Sri Lanka but absolutely delicious. Totally recommend!
