Cleanliness - the property is very clean and well maintained. Reception area, corridors, room - all are very clean. I have to mention that the property is new (opened a couple of months ago). If they continue to maintain this standard, good for them. Facilities - Rooms are suite type. Fairly spacious and convenient Basement parking is there,. Two lifts are there. The general ambience is good and welcoming. Room is well set. Floor, carpets, bedsheets, towels, curtains - everything were clean. Essential toiletries are kept in bathroom. There is currently no restaurant in the property, but they said they can arrange food from nearby restaurants. We didn't order any, since there are plenty of restaurants around. Staff - All staff are very friendly and cooperative. Location - easily accessible and just 5 min walk to temple (East nada).

The bathroom has neither a shower column or designated area for shower, so water flows all around the bathroom floor when you take shower.

The place was clean especially the toilets. We were traveling with our infant daughter so it was a priority for us to make sure everything is in place especially keeping her in mind. A must recommend. It's just 5 mins away from Guruvayoor Temple which makes it a brilliant choice. The staff was very polite both at the reception and in the restaurant. Not to forget the house keeping staff who are the real heroes who keep this place clean and up to date.

We liked the newness of the property and were surprised to know that the property was opened only 2 weeks before our stay. The property was so perfect, clean and good. The staff were good with quick responses to my requests. Our group was provided with a room upgrade as the management felt all people in the group could stay in same floor which was a wonderful good will gesture and thank you for upgrading the rooms. My little boy thoroughly enjoyed his swimming time at the property. Most importantly the property is close to the temple, restaurants so worth the stay and the money spent. We look forward to visit again.

I was amazed at the cleanliness of the room. It was well maintained and just opened a few weeks ago. The staff were very polite and went above and beyond their call of duty to help us. However, what truly stood out was the unwavering support provided by Mrs. Sreedevi. She consistently displayed outstanding dedication and kindness. Taking a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mrs. Sreedevi feels necessary, as her exceptional support significantly enhanced our overall experience.

Nothing specific. Improvement can be made in maintaining the facility. Since it is a new facility, it is so far well managed, but it should continue to upkeep the standard.

The location of property is at walkable distance to Guruvayur Shri Krishna Temple. My stay was very pleasant and blissful. Staffs are very friendly.

New Hotel close to the temple which is great.

It is understandable that the housekeeping, f&b etc are falling into place and over time will upgrade to keep up with the overall hotel profile.

This place is not very close to temple, especially to go for early morning Darshan and late night. Of course the place is very safe but a little away for a quick Darshan
