It was the day before I met my biological brothers. The desk clerk was great. I was nervous and she was kind and helpful. I didn't get her name but she was nice as I started to cry realizing what was going to happen with me. My room was great and glad you had an area to smoke! Lol. Thank you and I will b back.

A big clean bed and the pillows just to chill out and have alone time.

There were a few maintenance issues in the room. There were not enough outlets to run the desk lamp, and the microwave at the same time. The TV initially did not work. We found that it was unplugged, probably by a housekeeper who had to use the outlet for her vacuum cleaner. There was no pop-up in the sink, so we could not fill the basin with water to shave with.

CS was super friendly and helpful. Rates were good was charhed only 10 dollars for three dihs fee. Its a deacent place to sleep on a budget

Carpets could use either a deep cleaning or different flooring installed. Even the cleanest of floors develop a certain aroma after a length of time

The front desk clerk was very friendly and kind. She even had a treat for my dog. She was very accommodating giving me extra coffee for the morning! A++++ for her!

The bathtub may have been stained but it if it was you should resurface it. I didn't take a shower because of it. I also booked a handicap room but it wasn't available when I arrived. I book handicap because I have trouble lifting my leg sometimes over the edge of a tub. I feel safer in a walk in shower.

it’s an older property that could use a few upgrades but nothing to complain about.

The front desk person was a big help and very polite. I couldn't have asked for better. I can see myself staying there again.

I didn't like I couldn't open the window. I didnt know if that was the only room available that I was asking so switching rooms could've been optional if there was a room available.

It was clean, nice area, close to food establishments as long with a grocery store. Everyone was polite, friendly, helpful. Had a great, comfortable rest and a good night sleep. Thank you

I have no complaints. Be glad when you can have the breakfast back.
