Position was fine! Room is big and clean! Staff is nice! They don't have many parks pots, but there are a lot of free park spots all around! The hall was nice, it seems like a cozy small restaurant. I never get my room cleaned even I was almost all the time outside...I think you need to ask for that...which makes no sense to me!

Nice and spacious bathroom in our room. The staff was also really accommodating and helpful with every request. It is very close to the airport and in a decent location, just a few minutes walk away from some really lively places. I would recommend this place if you are looking for just a place to sleep and being out for the majority of the day.

The toilet did not come with a bidet as advertised which was disappointing. There are also only 4 or so parking spaces on the premises, so you must park on the street otherwise. The room itself was pretty small with little room to walk, so was a bit hard to spend a long time in the room (other than sleeping).

We asked for extra pillow and extra towel because there were three of us in the room , there were only 2 adult towels in the bathroom but they didn’t provide . My sister asked for sugar and cups for coffee but the staff is so hesitant to give. The staff by the lobby are not really friendly. One time they put a staff by the desk who does not speak English at all. Though housekeepers were nice and provided us what we asked for like extra toothpaste. The location is, nice , accessible and convenient.

I liked that this hotel wasn't so far from Grand Hyatt at all or the bus stop.

The ambience of this hotel isn't so great. The exterior isn't attractive at all. It would do them more good to do some overhaul of the aesthetics of this place. I also think they can do better with room service.

The location was good. It was close to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants. The room was clean. It is easily accessible from the airport.

There was a smoking room across from my room and I could smell smoke from my room. The fire alarm went off multiple times, most likely due to the smoke from other guests. The bathroom was very outdated and the hotel did not provide washcloths.

Nice location and good price

stinky bathroom - there might be some sewage issue or whatsoever. Even with the fan on all the time I need to cover my nose whenever I enter the bathroom. Bad lighting - There is a motion triggered light that we can't switch off. Make sure you have a eye mask because the light is really bright everytime you get up at night. Staff not helpful - staff doesn't speak English, if you don't speak Korean they won't be bothered to talk to you The products they provide like toothpaste I can't even open or use them. I would suggest you to top up your budget just for a little bit more, there are so many other options out there for you to have a better experience
