Excellent place to stay for a good price. Rooms were nice, beds are comfortable, the breakfast box is a nice start to your day, and the staff were very friendly. It is also located just a short walk from the Sandpoint main street. Victoria at front desk was particularly helpful!

It would be nice to have some real milk or creamer at the coffee station instead of powdered (minor thing)

The most friendly staff! Clean rooms. Will be great when the Bar gets the music area established. I have given them a list of some great musicians from the Spokane,WA area. And they ones I told I suggested them are very Thankful. So please get the remodel moving quickly. These musicians will bring some crowds yo your place.

The beds were great the staff was awesome and it was nice to have quiet not a lot of people walking back and forth and so on was just a good stay for my time spent for work here in Sandpoint

I don't have anything I can really put is a dislike for my trip everything in here went very well and I stand a lot of hotels this was a great experience

Would have been nice to have breakfast available They were doing some maintenance on the pool and hot tub so they were not in use, (but was good , because our room was next to the pool, so didn't smell of chlorine) Did have roadwork going on so was a little more difficult entering and exiting the property

The front desk team was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was very comfortable and quite large. I felt that I had enough space to spread out even for one night. The small table and chairs were very much appreciated to eat at instead of balancing on the bed. The air conditioning in the room was excellent.

At the time of my visit, Sandpoint was experiencing a heat wave. The air conditioners in the pool atrium vent INTO the atrium making the space hotter than a sauna (great for drying out a bathing suit but moving suitcases was uncomfortable). The pool itself was out of commission which was disappointing but the lake was very nice. The walking distances to the parking and the labyrinthine corridors were sometimes a challenge - especially if you had mobility issues (which I do not thankfully). Otherwise the property was safe, clean and comfortable.

It's very quiet and there's plenty of parking.Rooms all have a full length mirror which fulfills my requirements.

The lighting in the rooms is terrible. A king size deluxe room with 3 lamps should be well lit but it's like they use 25w bulbs. Also if you stay in any of the interior rooms you don't have a window to the outside. Kinda feels like a jail cell in that manner.

It was very comfortable. It had a bath tub that I was very pleased with. I was able to have a good soak in It from a long day of driving. My sister and I were able to watch a home game of Hockey. We were very please. We had a great stay there.

I have no complaints.

Exceptional hotel staff. Newly renovated room. Spacious room. Comfortable bed.

The hotel sits in front of a stoplight so there will sometimes be traffic when trying to get in or out of the parking lot

It was decent for the short time I was there.

Could have a plug in by the bed to charge cell phones. But there wasn't really anything terrible about the room.

While checking in the staff and manager were very nice and did everything possible to accommodate our needs.

The specific room I stayed in was clean and tidy, but needed to be updated.
