We loved the location to Silverwood Themepark

Everything seemed clean at first, but we noticed everything we put on the ground ended up being dirty/black. We couldn’t walk in our socks because they would turned black. Our floor towel outside of the shower was black by the end of the stay. We wondered if they ever clean their floors, it was quite disturbing.

This place is so cute and the staff was super friendly! The tv worked well and there was plenty of space in the bathroom which was very nice! It was close enough to walk to some cute places to eat and get coffee.

It looked and smelled clean, but our feet and socks were black after walking in the floor. We could hear the people in the neighboring room.

Great, comfy private cabins. Quiet, comfortable beds and nice shower. There is a small fridge and coffee for the morning!

The night of our stay, the town had a planned power outage starting at 10pm, lasting until the next morning. The property did not communicate this with us. Having or providing a small lantern would have been a nice touch. We were able to find a headlamp in our car, so we had some form of light. It might have proved difficult without this.

It was well located for what we had in mind. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Restaurants were in walking distance. Lake Pend Orielle and Sandpoint are nearby.

Getting the TV to work was a challenge. The internet was a bit slow, but that was expected given how far away from an urban area we were. It would have helped to have curtains at the window in addition to the blinds. Some headlights shown through.

The property was really cute and the bed was really comfortable. Our flight arrived late at night and they made it easy to check in. The location was great for the downtown area and highway.

They wouldn’t give us more than 2 towels as a family of 3 so that sucked. The floor was also dirty. We had to buy a swifter mop and clean it. I don’t know if that’s necessarily their fault. The area is all dirt and trees so I guess at some point it can’t be helped. We had a toddler with us so I had to try and keep it clean as I could.

Beds were very comfortable. Great mattress support and nice pillows. The linen was plush and soft. Bathroom and kitchenette were clean. Overall clean and inviting room. Great location with amazing breakfast place 0.2 miles away. We really enjoyed our overnight stay. Staff we spoke with prior to visit were amazing!!

Wifi was spotty and repeatedly dropped off. Air-conditioning unit was effective but noisy (somewhat common in hotels I feel). Ear plugs did the trick! . The shower drain needed to be cleaned out.

Hard beds Thinking it must be some cleaning solution they use on floor but it made our feet black Needs more hangers as there 4 people in the room with only 3 clothes hangers Sink Faucet leaked when fully turned on

I liked the charm of the Inn. Brandy (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was adorable, helpful and informative.

We should have asked for an extra blanket. One was not enough. When we were leaving I checked under the bed for anything we might have missed and I do not think it had been cleaned for a very very long time. That really disturbed me. Glad I did not look under there before I went to bed for the night!

I loved the layout. Very small town feel

The cleanliness was lacking a bit inside the rooms. Floors were filthy leaving a black stain on all of our socks

Cute and comfortable. Staff very nice and helpful.

There are no dishes, paper towels or silverware. No maid service either. It’s just a small kitchenette with a fridge and sink and microwave but these things would have been helpful.
