We stopped through here on our way to Washington, and even though we arrived late—around two in the morning—we had a truly great experience. From the moment we walked in, Bissa made us feel so welcomed. Her outstanding customer service really stood out. Despite the late hour, Bissa was kind, helpful, and went above and beyond—she even helped my mom wheel the cart so she could bring our things into the room. That small gesture made a big difference after a long day of travel, and we appreciated it more than words can say. The room was extremely comfortable, cozy, and exactly what we needed to rest and reset. If you're looking for a place that genuinely takes care of its guests, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again—thanks to Bissa and the overall experience, this hotel left a lasting, positive impression.

Loved the location, beds were exceptionally comfortable, breakfast was very good, rooms were clean, staff was exceptional.

My shower leaked but they accommodated quickly and gave us a key to shower in another room. The breakfast was delicious but the lady who made it was by herself for an insane crowd. She never complained once in the 5 days we were there. She just ran like crazy to keep everything stocked. She deserves a raise and someone to help!

The hotel is in an excellent location, the rooms are clean and quiet with all the amenities of a 3-4* hotel at a 2* price. We were pleasantly surprised at the large size of our room. The staff was exceptional. They were all very friendly and accommodating. We even extended our stay a couple of days, and they gave us a discount on our last 2 days! It’s less than 10 minutes from downtown Couer d’Alene. Lots of great restaurants nearby, I felt safe walking by myself at night in the area. I highly recommend this hotel and will be back!

There wasn’t anything I / we didn’t like.

The room was a very nice size. I love that the sink area was separate from the toilet and shower room. There was plenty of floor space and an extra wet bar area with the fridge and sink. It was clean and not far from downtown Coeur D’Alene.

The breakfast was pretty sparse. They didn’t seem to restock items, so it was pretty slim pickings at 8:20, even though they supposedly served until 9:00. There was also only one hook in the entire room for towels, and not one towel bar. That seemed pretty weird, and it made it hard for 4 people to find somewhere to hang their shower towels.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The room was huge and very clean. This is the cleanest motel I have ever stayed in. It smelled clean was clean. The breakfast had a great selection. There was a basketball tournament in town with a bunch of college kids, and we never heard them. The room we were in was quiet. It was in a convenient location close to everything. The pool and hot tub were clean, and they cleaned it every morning. I will definitely stay here again!

Dog friendly rooms and convenient breakfast.

Air conditioning didn't work. Fridge/freezer wasn't even cold enough to chill water bottles let alone freeze our ice packs. We were only there one night so not a big deal. If we were there longer, it would have been a bummer. The main thing we didn't like is the way booking.com handled our reservation. Hopefully this survey will be seen by them. Through booking.com, we supposedly reserved and paid for a dog-friendly room. However, when we got to the hotel, they had no idea we needed a dog friendly room and barely got us in. Plus, they charged us $40 extra for dogs, which came as a surprise, b/c booking.com made no mention of it when I made the reservation.

The breakfast was good and the one guy cooking n serving was working like crazy hard to keep food going out. It was a busy day. Nice front desk staff.

Breakfast items ran out, cups ran out. There was only one guy trying to do it all. Schedule more help for the breakfast rush. Make sure there’s food inventory to accommodate guests. I saw some people just leave without getting anything. Management problem. The worker there was hustling and had good attitude.

"Bissa" our concierge at the check in desk. Most welcoming, competent, sensitive to my need to use a cane. Went out of her way to assure us a comfortable stay and sang the praises of local attractions and eateries. Accommodations were very clean and comfortable, above our expectations in a very busy market where it is often taking a risk to book anywhere close to the highway.

This website was very difficult to navigate, in every way.

The staff was professional and friendly! Very Clean, comfortable beds, full Continental breakfast, pet friendly, lots space in our room, and complimentary coffee, tea, hot cocoa, available in the Lobby!

When I booked I always look for pet friendly places, I thought the pet price was part of my room I booked but apparently not and I was going to be charged an extra $30 but the staff waived it due to miscommunications between online booking and actual fees.

We were passing through town on the way to Seattle and we found this place as it was convenient and right off highway. Room was big and clean. Staff at check-in were super nice. Daughter forgot her kindle in the room and she contacted them and they had found it at cleaning. They offered to mail it to her and she received it a week or so later. Would stay again if passing through town
