I loved the ease of booking and check-in. I had been traveling all day to arrive and got in late. There was an envelope with my name on the door and instructions on what I needed to do. That could have been a security risk I guess, but it worked out. The room was small, but very well kept and clean. The location was great and the check out was also very seamless.

It might be safer to text or call the guest that is late arriving to provide the code to the door rather than leave it on a door and hope someone unintended does not get that information. It was a bit unsettling to wonder if someone might come into the room while I was sleeping.

We did like the downtown location, which was convenient and walkable. Parking was free and off the street. The bed was comfortable, and the room clean and updated somewhat for an older property. Their "normal " pricing would have been more than we think reasonable for the property, but our Booking price was reasonable.

The (young) staff were friendly on the phone, but were not present/available in the office to answer questions. We were there two nights and actually replenished our supplies from an open cabinet in an outside location near the stairs, as there was no one on the property. I accidentally left my pajamas hanging on the bathroom door hook and "they didn't find anything" when I called. (We went directly to another motel, so I knew they had been there.) The tray holding the condiments for coffee turned out to be very dirty, as I found when I had wiped up some spilled ice.

We stayed in a cabin. We were greeted by a mama and two baby deer. While they may not have been formal hotel employees, they certainly added to the experience. Later they left, and two large wild turkeys took their place. The cabin was clean and comfortable - a perfect place for a romantic weekend.

Breakfast was all sugar. Hard-boiled eggs or some other source of protein that is easy to refrigerate would have been appreciated.

It was reasonably priced and close to the event venue where my bike ride was starting. I couldn't book a room at the Resort, and your location was walkable to the Resort venue.

I had to walk to all the meals and activities and was in a different location from most of the other participants. Other than that, it was fine - basic necessities were provided.

Oddly the bed kind of rolled into the centre but my husband didn't complain cos we could cuddle. But other than that it was a charming motel and THE best location

The property was clean and comfortable as well as a great price. The location was awesome…directly across from the river parking lot and minutes away from the main drag with all the fun bars, restaurants, and quaint shops.

The young clerk who checked us in was not very friendly amd seemed bothered be assisting us. Also, we were surprised that we had to pay $12 to park in thwir parking lot. Didn’t see this in the properry description.

The place was super clean and staff was so friendly and accommodating. Great location and amenities, and bed was comfy

The large window gave directly on the parking lot so it didn’t feel very private - we kept the curtains closed at basically all times. I’d have loved for the curtains to be a little bit longer so they’d have blocked out all light at night but that’s just a tiny detail - the place was great.

This was the perfect location to go out on a lake cruise, close to nightlife, and the gal working at the front desk went above and beyond she had excellent customer service! We will definitely stay there again for a girls weekend !

The location was fantastic! Right in the heart of downtown and close to all the shops and restaurants. Walking distance to everything made our trip amazing!

The front desk staff member was not friendly and seemed very annoyed to have to talk to anyone.

The room was exceptionally clean. The beds and pillows were comfy. The location is great for walking to restaurants, shops, and the park.

The tv was very small, but we were not in the room much. Parking is tight.
