Safe, clean, very quiet and wonderful comfy beds. Great breakfast buffet. Good value.

It is too far to walk to town, but I would still stay there again.

The breakfast buffet was pretty nice. I had waffles and fresh fruit. ( I could tell the syrup was not actually maple syrup, but Im a whole foods snob.) I think I left receipts in two envelopes. I am just now calling a couple weeks later because I cannot find them anywhere in the car or my bags. It could be the cleaner threw them away, but I will find out when the receptionist calls me back. And since I need to submit the invoice tomorrow, I will make a big ask....for her to take photos of all the ones that are from Wisconsin, and send them to me via emails. IF they have them, and IF she does this, you need to publish this review and give that cleaner and the gal at the desk tonight (10/7/2025) a really nice bonus. Shay and Nichole!!! The manager told Shay that she thought she saw them and is looking through papers in her office. I made the ask, in case the receipts are there, if they could be emailed to me...and Shay agreed to right away! She offered to scan them and email them. She said she would text me what she learned. So even if the receipts don't turn up, please give these wonderful people commendation and something special for going that extra mile.

The room was great! The breakfast/common room was nice and spacious. The grounds were pretty and the pool was decent.

The parking was very disappointing. I was quite surprised that it was set up that way and the staff just dismissed it and said they don’t control parking-they need too! Take license plates and hold people accountable. We paid a lot of money to have to go two parking lots over to bring the car around or park and walk. The elevator was supposedly broken on our checkout morning and all the staff were using the guest elevator - my elderly mother with mobility issues walked down 5 flights of stairs so she wouldn’t miss her taxi to be told it was not broken and the staff just hadn’t caught on - What?! Breakfast was awesome Monday morning and then got a little worse each day - everything actually ran out early Tuesday morning. The lady tending to the breakfast was great though!

The breakfast was good, with slightly different options each day. The staff were phenomenal, so friendly and helpful. Having a social hour on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday was such a nice touch! We loved the outdoor sitting area and used it each night to relax with a glass of wine/beer. There were so many nice touches that would make any stay comfortable, including the snack stop area where microwavable meals, beverages, and snacks were available. There were even dog treats at the front desk!

Trash that was left outside rooms could have been picked up more frequently.

The room size and layout was excellent. It was nice having the shower and toilet behind a closable door and the sink separate for two people to get ready in the morning. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast/social area was large and open and very nice! (Better than any place we've ever stayed). It was well away from the freeway - no street noise at all; and there were a number of great choices for restaurants very close by.

There was some kind of "mechanical room" next to the elevators and next to our room that had periodic fairly loud motor-kind of noise. We would opt to make sure we weren't assigned that room again.

The hotel was centrally located with a lot of food and entertainment options nearby. The room was clean and the suite layout was perfect for my family. The breakfast area and options was also a highlight.

I arrived 45 minutes before check-in time and asked if there was any way to do an early check-in. The lady at the front desk was very rude, short, and downright mean. Thankfully, when I returned two hours later, my room was ready and the guy behind the counter was much more pleasant.

The property was excellent, very clean very well kept. Rooms were excellent and staff were awesome. Breakfast was fantastic and the facilities/amenities were top notch.

The only, and I mean only thing I didn’t like was the parking. During day/evening parking is totally fine. But towards the night it becomes very crampt and usually will have to park off of the direct lot which is a little discerning but it’s close enough it wasn’t a big deal.

The room was huge! It was great and had everything we needed. We loved how close it was to shopping and restaurants. The bed was comfy and the accessibility was great!

The roll in shower was a bit strange and we could tell it was an afterthought. The floor sloped away from the shower quite a bit and any water that escaped from the shower rolled towards the toilet creating a bit of a problem. We had to mop up quite a bit of water with a towel.

My family loved the location, close to town and things to do within walking distance. The room was very comfortable for my family of teenagers and dog. It was especially nice to have a separate bedroom for some privacy

We had only a couple of minor complaints: my teenagers love to swim and would have loved a nicer, larger pool. Also, having the separate bedroom was wonderful for some privacy, except that the bathroom was in there. So the teenage kids, who slept on the pull out couch, had to come into our bedroom to use the bathroom.

I usually stay at the Hampton down the street. I decided to try the Staybridge. I will likely be using the Staybridge for future trips. I specifically prefer the 2 bedroom suite for traveling with family.

The breakfast would have likely been rated higher, but I am diabetic and can't eat a lot of what was offered. One thing I can eat is eggs. I understand the limitations of hotel breakfasts, but serving the eggs sitting in liquid is never the way to go. The eggs were bland and saturated.
