The beds were EXCEPTIONAL. Very comfortable. Rooms are big. Breakfast was as good as any free breakfast. Waffles and baked goods looked the best but scrambled eggs & sausage links were also available. We had a room downstairs which felt a little basement like and there is an old fashioned AC/Heater in the window - but it worked well and provided some white noise. We got natural light and the room was much larger than other rooms in the area. Definitely a great find. The staff was very friendly and helpful

My only complaint was that the halls had a mild chemical odor as if they were recently carpet shampooed perhaps.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us a room on the ground floor which we requested. Room was large and beds were comfortable. Great location. Really easy to walk to Elmers next door for food. It was quiet and easy to get a good nights sleep. The refrigerator in the room was cold too. Housekeeping was friendly and brought us everything we needed. Cookies in the lobby as well. Spent 5 nights and it was a great value. We would stay again.

The toilet was tiny and sat very low. It worked fine but really needed to be replaced.

I liked that this hotel had a decent pool but the hot tub was pretty small. It was clean inside the pool area. Its also nice they stay open until 11 for kids. Hotel room was decent. Everything worked in our room which was nice and it was great to have a working air conditioner, microwave and fridge. Hotel was clean. It was great they had bathrooms outside the rooms in the hall as well which we used.

The breakfast room is very small, and my family and I had a hard time getting our breakfast without bumping into a lot of people. Way too small of a room. It would be nice if they had a snack area as well instead of just a soda machine. For $70 more, I could stay at a hotel like La Quinta which has everything I'm looking for. So I don't plan on booking here again when there's a better option in my price range. The pictures of this hotel online make this hotel look better than it actually is, which is disappointing.

Nice Quality Inn and as usual very clean and maintained. Walking distance to chain restaurant for late night! The best thing is how wonderful the staff was after we had gotten way down the road my husband realized he had left his brand new hat he had bought in Banff. When I called and asked if there was anyway they could check our room and see if it was there they immediately found it and got my info to mail to us back here in Kentucky. Was home 2 days when it arrived in the mail! Thank you staff so much as it was the only souvenir my husband had bought on our trip and was so glad to get it back!

The moment we walked in it smelled fresh and clean. It looked clean and well cared for. The walls were clean and well decorated. The tile floors were sparkling clean and the carpet had been shampooed and was well vacuumed. The staff at the front desk was very welcoming as well as the house keeping staff.

I personally would like to see the prices drop a bit but I understand in this economy why they haven't yet.

The property is located right off of I 90, the staff is courteous and very polite. The facilities are clean, quiet and there is plenty of parking. They have a dog area that is very nice and clean. The property has grass areas around the property and restaurant close by. I think this place is great. I stay here whenever I go through Coeur d’Alene because it is such a peaceful and pleasant stay for me and my pets.

I wish you had an elevator because I was on the second floor this time with my dogs so I had to use the stairs.

Good quality chain hotel at a reasonable price in Coeur d'Alene. We stayed here for our trip to Silverwood. The location was perfect and easy to find. The interior of the hotel is well-kept and the rooms were standard but comfortable.

Nothing but I will reiterate- there is no elevator. If you have mobility concerns, I strong suggest calling ahead and talking to someone about room assignment.

it was great time to relax, hotel is not expensive, but include everything what we need, I like the swimming pool was open 24 hours, water was warm and jacuzzi not have a strong smell if bleach. Breakfast was great and room was clean and we had enough towels. We're visiting that place second time and looking forward to see it again

We were very happy with our stay. We needed a quick family getaway so we booked a trip to Silverwood. Quality Inn is affordable, clean, breakfast was great, and the pool is 24 hour!! They were able to accommodate an early check inn, which worked great for us!

Honestly, we plan to return, the place was great! Our room smelled a little musty, but it is a hotel, I spayed body spray in the room which helped.

Great price, clean, and the pool is open 24/7. We only needed a 1 night stay and this was a great place.

Hot tub was closed for repairs. Confirmation message told us they didn't have an elevator but could help carry bags to the room if given advanced notice. It would have been good to know both before making a reservation.
