Was advertised as 3 queens. It seemed to be a couple doubles. That was as fine though as the important part was needing 3 beds and it had that. There was plenty of space in the room as well. Breakfast provided was also really good. The staff were also friendly and hard working. For example we could see the front counter staff working hard to ensure there was sufficient breakfast for guests and then staff later in the day also maintaining the flower bed while also working the front counter.

I was not informed about free wifi. However, I did not ask about it as our trip was very busy with a local theme park for a few days. So, it’s likely we would not have used it anyways. However, since this is the “worst” I could come up with, it shows that we were very satisfied with our stay.

The Super 8 Windham in CDA was so impressively clean and updated. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. The price to have my little dog was fair. I would rather not have to pay to have my 5 pound dog who wears diapers when left alone and sleeps in a pen, so she doesn't cause any damage, however I understand because pets do cause harm or smell up a place.

I didn't care about parking in the back.

Reception lady was friendly and helpful, we asked to book the same room on two occasions and got it. Bed was comfortable, room was very clean and conveniently near an exit door, close to our parked vehicle. Breakfast with a good selection of items on offer was a nice inclusion with the price of the room.

Suggest you include also a small tube of face/body cream for lady guests, as well as the shampoo and conditioner.

You need to provide fresh fruit... Several types You had ZERO. YOU DID offer it in the past.... Time to get back to it .... FRESH FRUIT. BTW... Kudos to the AM front office thatkeeps the breakfast room stocked and very clean during the breakfast rush. So much so I tipped her 5.00 on my last morning

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to downtown CDA but then again just about everything is only 10 minutes away in CDA. Complimentary breakfast is ok, certainly enough to get one started for the day then head out to get something more substantial if that's what you enjoy in the morning.

Staff was fun and absolutely amazing!!! Inside and out was very clean. Most places have at least cigarette butts everywhere but not here!!! Plus the location from the hotel to Kootenia Health Center was perfect!!!!

Nothing to honestly say here : ) other than there was no pool haha but that’s my fault for not looking! Ohhh hubby and I didn’t care much for our bed but our bed at home is way different so that’s why.

They serve a nice breakfast. I liked their egg and cheese omelet.

Being on the 2nd. Floor and no elevator. I have great difficultly walking and doing stairs. Nice hotel but I was in so much pain when we left I was down for 3 days when we got home.

Staff put us and relatives in adjoining rooms. Breakfast was great - cheese omelet, sausage, pancakes and a variety options, and appreciate that breakfast area opens at 0600. We arrived a little early and allowed to check in before 3:00pm.

Close enough to Silverwood, comfy beds and towels. Plenty of parking. Simple and straightforward. We didn’t spend any time at the hotel between the park and shopping so the rate was great.

New carpet over creaky floorboards. Breakfast was very simple, but had a couple items to grab and go for the park!

The room was clean, bed comfortable, lots of pillows, lol, nice area to exercise my dog, close to many restaurants and shopping.

The bathroom didn't really have much of counter space to put my things. I couldn't get the A/C vent to stay in one place and I needed a list of TV channels, it took a long time to find anything.
