Reception lady was friendly and helpful, we asked to book the same room on two occasions and got it. Bed was comfortable, room was very clean and conveniently near an exit door, close to our parked vehicle. Breakfast with a good selection of items on offer was a nice inclusion with the price of the room.

Suggest you include also a small tube of face/body cream for lady guests, as well as the shampoo and conditioner.

Staff was fun and absolutely amazing!!! Inside and out was very clean. Most places have at least cigarette butts everywhere but not here!!! Plus the location from the hotel to Kootenia Health Center was perfect!!!!

Nothing to honestly say here : ) other than there was no pool haha but that’s my fault for not looking! Ohhh hubby and I didn’t care much for our bed but our bed at home is way different so that’s why.

The room was clean, bed comfortable, lots of pillows, lol, nice area to exercise my dog, close to many restaurants and shopping.

The bathroom didn't really have much of counter space to put my things. I couldn't get the A/C vent to stay in one place and I needed a list of TV channels, it took a long time to find anything.

Close enough to Silverwood, comfy beds and towels. Plenty of parking. Simple and straightforward. We didn’t spend any time at the hotel between the park and shopping so the rate was great.

New carpet over creaky floorboards. Breakfast was very simple, but had a couple items to grab and go for the park!

We loved the location. It was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was a big plus and enough options for everyone. AC was awesome and close to everything you could need.

This is a three story hotel. There is no elevator and no pool. We didn’t either amenity but others may want to know.

The breakfast was great. I especially liked the pancake machine. The cleaning staff person was very sweet and friendly. As were the front desk employees. I stayed three nights. They also took care to remove the snow.

Noon checkout time would be better. Two pm check in time would be better. I was stuck indoors for a day due to snow. It would have been nice to remodel with a nice sitting area for a change of scenery.

We could get a room big enough for my husband and I and 4 children without having to pay for a second room. Or have portable cots brought in. And it wasn’t super expensive either!

The toilet had dried urine on the base where it attaches to the floor. Didn’t affect us at all, but shouldn’t be there

we found a "pill" on the floor (a vacuum could have picked up) they gave us a hassle about our service dog but the manager was called and it was taken care of...their included breakfast was a joke all we got out of it was orange juice...and the price you quoted was not what we paid and she had an attitude about it....true it was only a few dollars more but I'm a tight budgeter sooooo we have stayed at this Super 8 many times but this time was not the best...not your fault. We did enjoy our vacation regardless.

her attitude and that the fridge was too cold and not enough blankets was afraid to ask for another blanket as she would probably charged us an arm and leg and the tub had hair in it (first night along with finding the pill)

The breakfast could use beletter options like maybe some bagles and fresh fruit but other then that loved my stay I will definitely be returning when I come visit family

No hot tub or pool

Location is perfect

The bathroom was a tad run down, hair in the tub and didn't have a roll of toilet paper. There was also hair on the floor in the bathroom.
