The place was very well thought all. Nothing missing. Breakfast was good and the seating was relaxing and spread out. The pool area was awesome plus the outside splash pad and putting green for kids and game in the lobby all added to our families fun. The additional end tables in our room were unique to your hotel and appreciated too. The location was key. Very close to dining and Silverwood The bikes available was an added bonus unexpected. We loved everything about our stay. Staff was very very friendly and helpful

The breakfast bar was fantastic. Spread was great. And it was managed well. With lots of people eating you dont have to wait long to get your food.

I had to fix the sliding bathroom door in my room. It was not mounted properly my kids were getting stuck in the bathroom. I also didnt like the semi translucent bathroom door.

I loved the location and updated look of the hotel. My kids loved the pool. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is right near great restaurants and a fantastic river front trail.

I didn’t expect the modern “space efficient” design of the room. We had a party of 5 and once all the beds were open (sofa bed included) there was very little space for bags and walking. But it was very lovely nonetheless.

Staff were always very friendly and helpful. Location is good - an uber ride to downtown Coeur d"Alene but there is a cinema/hair salon/sshopping centre and restaurants a short walk away.

Breakfast was mediocre. Would have liked more fruit options and bacon every day rather than every 3/4 days. Rooms at the front of the hotel get a lot of traffic noise.

Everything. Great location. Great breakfast's - all you can eat. even has a walk in closet with light and a separate kitchenette. several ways to get to room. elevators were a bit slow.

A few people with families did NOT care about their kids in pool / spa area and let them ruin everyone else's experience. Staff was told, but seemed to not do much.

The breakfast was amazing and delicious. There was this amazing buffet wrangler with an arm tattoo that said "misunderstood." She kept that whole breakfast area moving, restocking food, utensils, drinks, offering smoothies, emptying trashes, bussing tables. She also had a friendly disposition. Customer service, awareness and efficiency are values I admire in the hospitality and she exhibited all of those.

I was really disappointed that there wasn't an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub.

Clean, modern, nice sitting area, walk-in closet with dresser. Good lighting. Good breakfast included (even came around with fresh smoothies). No pets this trip but was told no extra charge for dogs! Noon check-out.

A bit pricier than I normally pay, but worth it if you can afford it. Bathroom could use a few more hooks!

The breakfast was delicious, staff were all very friendly and easy to talk to. And facility was clean. I would recommend this place to family and friends and would definitely stay again.

The vents kept letting out cold air, and we couldn't stop it.

We had our grandkids visit. Very kid friendly. Everyone was very nice

The family above us was very noisy at night but we didn't complain. They had small kids.

Breakfast was good, front desk staff ws awesome and I loved the walk in closet in the room!

The room rate was pricey but we were there the same weekend as for the Iron Person event
