Excellent staff, great location with easy access to the I-90. Within walking distance of several restaurants, clubs, and a 24-hour gas station with full services. The breakfast is always decent for the cost and the fact that some rooms have large jacuzzi tubs, (easily fit 2 people of average to smaller build), they also have an pool and jacuzzi. The beds are decent and all the appliances worked and were mostly clean.

Overall cleanliness is below average. I had to scrub the jacuzzi tub before I would consider using it. Although the management is very good, it would appear they have trouble keeping dedicated housekeeping personnel. If you can deal with fact that the might not be as clean as some places, it's worth the cost.

This hotel is just off the highway and is located in a nice little town that's easy to get around in. There are a number of restaurants and stores nearby. The area also has a huge lake for recreation. The room was well appointed and well kept, with a nice, roomy bathroom. The beds were a bit firmer than I like, but not bad. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was above average.

I would suggest that the tv in the public areas not have Fox News on. It nearly caused a major argument between two guests. Try GMA or the Weather Channel. The bathroom needed more counter space.

One of the nicest stays we've had in a hotel/motel. One of the things we noticed is the clean, fresh smell when you walk in. Very noticeable! Our room was great. Spacious, clean, well appointed. The breakfast was excellent everyday: waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage and more. The location is perfect: on the main street of downtown and also close to a freeway exit/entrance making it very convenient. It was a perfect choice for us. We would definitely recommend staying here and we will stay here the next time we are in Cd'A. Oh, and the coffee in the lobby is always on!

You need to fix the towel hook on the bathroom door! 😉

Stains on the carpet between the beds (made the room feel a bit “dirty” to me.) The sink was backed up, draining slow (would fill up with water when washing hands, brushing teeth) I’ve never had that in a hotel room before. Mirror had gunk on it

All the staff were very nice! We had a room with a Jacuzzi, which was a pleasant surprise. The pool and hot tub were warm and clean. They had coffee and tea service available in the lobby 24/7. The value we got for our money was outstanding!

The breakfast was adequate, but very basic. We were there for a week, and although we had maid service every day, the room didn't always get as deeply cleaned as I would have preferred. I was happy to have some cleaning each day, as I realize that isn't the case in every hotel when you have an extended stay.

I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The room had a kitchenette and a lot of room. Everything was clean and the staff was super friendly and thoughtful. A really great place to stay.

You have to request pool towels just before you go into the pool. I would rather not have to wear clothes to cover up and just use a towel so my clothes don’t get wet. The freezer didn’t keep my ice cream frozen and melted.

Awesome staff, nice rooms with good beds. Pool and hot tnb, indoor, were very nice. Great value for nice, quiet, comfortable room with great staff. Right off the freeway a block, central to restaurants and about 10 minutes from the local amusement park.

No bagels at breakfast, but overall it was a good breakfast. That’s it. No other complaints at all.

As with all hotels these days - the electric lighting was low voltage, and made it difficult for older eyes to do anything detailed when working at the table.

Very nice breakfast, they had a waffle maker, dry cereal, toast, sausage, scrambled eggs, apple juice, orange juice, coffee, bananas and apples. Bed was comfy. It was just off the highway, easy to get to and get out of.

Can’t think of anything. It was a last minute booking for as we were traveling through. Just a little more speedy than we like to spend on a room, but it was fine.

The room was clean and the temperature was comfortable. The pool area was spacious and not crowded. The personnel were all pleasant and friendly. The area for breakfast was across the hall from our room. This made feeding the children very easy in the morning.

The rails going into the pool and hot tub were in the middle of the stairs. I have a knee injury which made going down the side difficult. Due to my knee injury the short toilet was difficult to use. Thankfully the public restroom with the high-rise toilet was only 2 doors away.
