Very affordable for being so close to downtown and the lake, very friendly staff, simple and limited breakfast, room was very nice and clean, you could hear whenever one of the other rooms were using the restroom (i.e. shower and flushing the toilet), internet was fair most of the time

Is the TOON channel pirated? Adult swim came on earlier than usual and the dimensions of the channel were strange. One of the staff cleaned the room without notifying me and it scared the shot out of me coming back to the hotel to see the door open.

Location was perfect. Male employee with the most extravagant hair was super kind, hard working and clearly passionate about his job. He made my friend and I feel very welcome, almost prioritized, like we were the only ones there. We came to check in a little too early and had to wait a couple hours, and when we returned he informed us he had just cleaned the carpets in our room and had some fans blowing. When we entered our room his hard work was certainly obvious! Room was clean, comfortable, safe, well priced. I would definitely recommend.

A female employee who I had my initial encounter with when attempting to check in certainly had an attitude and made me feel unwelcome. Office smells like weed and so did the female employee. There was a damp smell in our room but I do believe this was from carpet cleaning/ what determined need for carpets to be cleaned.

The property was ideally located! The employee at the front was friendly, helpful, and super accommodating!

There is mold in/on the bathroom ceiling fan, mold in the toilet, the coils on half of one of the queen mattresses were collapsed, the HVAC unit is super loud and blew cold air at 22*C. Also, the carpet in the whole room was dirty, not just behind the night stand and under the credenza, but also in the main areas. It could use a thorough vacuum and cleaning in the entire room, which doesn’t look like it’s been done for quite some time. It doesn’t take much to pull out and move the furniture every once in a while to get under and behind. In light of all this, it is understood that this is a “Budget” motel.

We stay here often. Close to the lake and shops. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Quiet.

I made our reservations over a month in advance and requested a downstairs room (I do this every time we stay). My husband uses a cane and has balance problems. I got a notice back that they don't save downstairs rooms. They always did before. When we arrived we were put in an upstairs room. I had to carry most of the luggage upstairs myself (I'm 70). I didn't want to stay but my husband doesn't like to make a fuss. I'll check out some other places before we go back to Coeur d'Alene . Very unhappy about this. I worried every time we had to use the staircase.

Convenient, affordable place that is clean and quiet.

Our only observation was that road work was being done in front parking lot, where we were parked. We came out at 730 am to see a note on our car from the previous evening asking it to be moved before morning. We had our grandchildren with us so it was lights out early and we didn’t see the note. I felt bad as we were the only car and we held up work. We didn’t check in until after 5 pm, that would have been the perfect time to tell us so that we didn’t interfere with the time of the crew waiting for us to move so they could get their work done.

What a great little motel! This place is budget friendly and dog friendly. Area very safe which was important as a single female travelling. The hotel room was super clean and had everything I needed for my two night stay. Room included coffee pot, fridge and microwave. The people running the hotel where very friendly and super accommodating with having a dog. Never charged a pet deposit which was also great, as my dog is super chill. You also can't beat the location as it was only 7 blocks from the downtown and the waterfront which was awesome! I have nothing bad to say and I would book here again when I am in the area! Thanks for the great service and accommodations!

The room was clean and well-organized. The location was easy to find. Roomy enough for a small family.

The breakfast was good, but very basic: oatmeal, bagel, or doughnut. Drinks were juice or coffee. The staff were okay, but less than friendly.

I have stayed here 2 times now the staff is really nice,friendly..They make me feel welcome! And it has a safe comfortable feel to it!

The carpets need to be cleaned bottom of brand new socks were black! But everything else is clean..However the ceiling in our room was nasty sticky brown stuff exploded on ceiling that be cleaned up and carpets cleaned much better!! Nice place to stay over all!!

Coeur d'Alene is a remarkable place, with beautiful mountain towns like Wallace and Harrison about an hour to the east, and Spokane about a half hour to the west. This motel went a long way toward making it all affordable, including a kitchenette for meals right there. We frequented the Pilgrim's Market, which has yummy nutritious selections within its hot and cold buffet bars.

Pretty much satisfied with it all!

The room was recently remodeled. The outside is getting an uplift. Very quiet. Smaller parking area. Close to the ferry. A good value.
