i like that its comfortable and clean.,decent size of the room. i like that it has shower instead of tub bath,location perfect!

i like everything, my family stayed for less than a week and i can say i have good experience,breakfast is decent, but staying for more days with the same breakfast everyday like if i suggest just to change the scrambled egg and sausage with different choices every two days.but other than that its a perfect vacation.

This is our fourth time staying here and got the pleasure of getting one of their remodeled rooms. Especially liked the updated bathrooms, with new shower and larger counter area at the sink. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed when they called me to let me know I had left an item in the room. Luckily, we were nearby still so was able to turn around and retrieve the item. I know we will be staying here again and again since our kiddos moved to Post Falls.

Room was clean, everything updated, more pillows than I needed and that's always a good sign. The lighting was bright and there were 2 mirrors for my vanity! Of course, it had the neccessary fridge and microwave-a must for me. I was even up early enough to catch the perfect continental breakfast, which includes belgian waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, bagels, juice, toast, yogurt, hard boiled eggs. Evert employee I encountered had a smile and a positive attitude.

The shower needed an instruction manual for this airhead. It was just hard for me to turn the knob. My only complaint was that housekeeping knocked on my door at 10:08am when checkout is 11am. He apologized but 11 is 11 and I don't like to be disturbed.

We have stayed at this location before and love the atmosphere and how comfortable the rooms are. The hotel is always clean and inviting. The parking lot is well kept and feels safe to park at night. The breakfast in the mornings are very good and have lots of choices.

The hot tub was broken and the pool was cold. No tv guid in the room, made it difficult to find something to watch.

Location was perfect as was my room size and decor.

I had requested a room with a view. While it would have been a view, my window opened onto someone’s parked trailer related, possibly, to the ongoing parking lot painting… My room smelled like someone had spilled pizza or vinegar type sandwiches in it. Or maybe it came from the next room… But it was there both nights.

This is the 2nd time my wife and I have stayed here. It's been a few years and the price is higher than it was the last time. But what isn't? It's a very nice, clean, comfortable hotel. I will definitely stay again when in the area.

The only thing I would change is that a previous person had smoked in the bathroom. ( It was a non smoking room) We could faintly smell it when we turned on the bathroom fan. Not the hotels fault and not unbearable. Just sad that people can't follow directions.

The bathroom remodel was fabulous! Beds were comfortable.

The TV remote has no back, the batteries were taped in and it didn't turn on the TV. The outlets next to the bed didn't have power and wouldn't work, so we unplugged the lights and plugged in the table to be able to use those outlets. There were a few bugs, spider and beetle. Overall not bad!

There wasn't a double bed room available on the first floor (as we reserved for my elderly mother and her dog), so they gave us two single rooms next to each other FOR THE SAME PRICE! Very clean & comfy, a gym, pool/spa, and breakfast. What more could we want! Great location next to the I-90 too.

Everything was great! They didn't cheap out on anything.

New renovations are Excellent Rooms a bit small but no real problem Remote on tv a bit dodgy Toilet was hissing No closet space Otherwise amazing value for money including breakfast which unfortunately because of very early schedules we could only utilize once on our 3 day trip All in all a great deal Thank you

The remodel looks nice. We enjoyed the hot tub , meet new people during our travels. Staff is wonderful !!! Comfy beds ,bigger showers. Black out curtains .

The microwave plug wouldn't reach the outlet, toilet was extremely too low , Its perfect size for kids ,but not for adults
