The location was good, near to what we were in town for. The room looked to be clean & the beds were comfortable.

The bed side table had several sticky spots, assuming it got completely missed after the last guest. In the bathroom the light above the mirror was out & I was up early getting ready & did not have time to wait on house keeping. Also in the bathroom a makeup brush was on the floor hidden when the bathroom door was open. I noticed it once I shut the door & also looked the door was dirty…these are indication that room did not actually get cleaned well. I was disappointed that they did not have any kind of breakfast. Were were only there 1night so I didn’t go buy groceries to good in our room

Location, cleanliness, laundry room was very convenient, mini kitchen. I message the property to request a first floor due to a recent knee operation and they were accommodating. Kudos to them!

They had laundry room but front desk had no small change to wash clothes. I had to go down the street at Hampton Inn and they were so accommodating exchanging dollars to quarters. Hampton Inn had fresh baked chocolate chip cookies in which they allowed me to have some even though I wasn't a guest. Prices for washing and drying clothes was outrageous.

The room was spacious and equipped with everything that you might need for your stay.I loved the fact that coffee was there 24/7 and there was a small snack bar price reasonable and has great variety. The bed was comfortable.The room was clean and decorated in soft colors, and the lighting was perfect .I didn't hear the freeway or other guest throughout the night.I could see my car in the parking lot through my window from my room, At all times, I felt safe and was able to relax as if I was at home.There was someone at the front desk at all times to answer any questions I had and was vary helpful. This has been one of my best stays that I have ever had in a hotel.I will be booking to stay in My Place Hotel from now on!

The location was perfect as I visited the World Wide Dreambuilders headquarters and the Spokane Valley Center Place Regional Center.

The staff could have been friendlier. I didn’t feel welcomed by the front desk staff, not necessarily unwelcome, but they definitely could have been friendlier. I thought it was a little pricy, I found the best price on booking.com

I was having a medical procedure and My Place was convenient. The facilities were nice and clean, the bed was comfortable and we had a fulll sized refrigerator.. my sister was with me. We have since stayed there one more time and she stayed there with her family. It's a great value for the money.

If you want breakfast, it costs money, but that really didn't bother me. I'm not looking for a free meal when I book a room. Breakfast really isn't ever free.

absolutely love their pet policy, as I was traveling with my dog. pet area is well laid out and accessible. grass around the property for walking. loved the cool room!! very comfortable air conditioning. this is a great chain and 2nd location I've stayed in.

Amazing!! I don't know if this is newly built or newly remodeled, but in any case, the room was absolutely amazing. Could not believe the cleanliness and absolutely no signs of wear on anything. Didn't realize when I booked that it had a kitchenette! Full size refrigerator, full size microwave, 2-burner electric stove. It even had paper towels, dish soap, and dish towels! Full size recliner to watch TV, so you don't have to watch TV in bed, if you don't want to. Small rectangular table with 2 chairs. Good lighting. Nice decorative pull-down shade on the window. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Bed was very comfortable, with 4 luscious pillows of varying firmness, so you could choose which firmness you wanted. Tile (1 foot square) in decorative pattern in the kitchen/bathroom. Carpet looked brand new. Actually, ALL of the furniture looked brand new. I was a little worried about the location at first, because it's right next to the freeway, and sometimes those areas aren't the best. But this area felt very safe. Some new industrial building, good landscaping, and just down the street are lots of brand new apartments/condos. This whole area looked new(ish). View from the window was nice. Coffee available 24/7 downstairs, which I used to my advantage, because even though the first night's in-room coffee is complimentary, subsequently it's $1 to get more. But I just filled up my cup downstairs when I came in at night, then microwaved it in the morning. One more feature that I didn't take advantage of, but that looked very good, is their 'store' of food that you can take up to your room to fix or eat. I don't remember everything they had (should have taken a picture), but prices seemed fairly good. I do remember English muffin breakfast sandwiches for $3.

I had a little bit of trouble getting the a/c to work the way I wanted it at first. Once I got it adjusted, it was fine. A little noisy, but honestly, that's to be expected for a wall-installed a/c. Being next to the freeway, there was a little bit of freeway noise in the morning, but it wasn't too bad.

Great staff, clean. stayed here when this was MyPlace and had to bring own pots, pans, and plates, but now that it is a Choice Hotel. pots, pans, plates and bowls were included in room. Great money saver not having to go out to eat.

Some of my neighbors were pretty noisy.

It was quiet. Shower was clean.

The room has dust cobwebs on the curtain to the wall. The beds were hard. I left my personal pillow and called was told yes it was found and they would send it. It had been a month my pillow was never sent to me.

Room was nice. Full size (if unstocked) kitchen.

Visitors should be aware that the "kitchen" has no dishes, silverware, pots, pans, cups, glasses, NADA. It was OK for us, as we had other hotels on our trip that just had a 'frig and microwave, but it could be a real problem for people expecting to have a "kitchen".
