Usually, there is at least one thing that misses the mark when I stay at hotels. But that wasn't the case here. This was the perfect room! Everything was clean when I arrived, and housekeeping did an awesome job resetting the room during my stay. I visited Spokane with my bicycle to explore the Centennial Trail, and this hotel couldn't have been closer to it. Close proximity to the mall and restaurants was a plus for me. Hope to visit Oxford in Spokane Valley again in the future!

I can't really fault this establishment for anything. Looking back on my stay, I had a very comfortable visit.

This is our second time staying here and the beds are extremely comfortable. The AC stays cool. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is great for what our trips have been for. Staff is friendly, pool is nice.

Breakfast was mediocre, which we don’t usually utilize anyway. Could have been better (like more options other than hashbrowns, eggs, sausage & yogurt/fruit- where were the waffles or pancakes? No milk?). The hotel reeked of marijuana which I am pretty sure came from the room right next to us. I didn’t complain (and never would because I don’t care if someone does it), but I did have my kids with me so I wasn’t thrilled having that smell around us. But I think someone did complain and the staff took care of it quickly. Oh, and, it’s kinda spendy per night but the comfort I suppose makes it worth it.

My husband and I always stay at this hotel when we are in Spokane because the staff is always extremely friendly, the rooms are always very clean, the snack area by the front desk is nicely equipped and the location is quite wonderful because the Spokane River and Centennial Trail are directly behind it and the Spokane Valley Mall is right in front of it. ☺️ And the room we stayed in this time had two TV's which was honestly amazing! 😃🙌

Literally the only downside is I cannot use the bath products due to them having hydrolyzed wheat protein which makes my skin itchy and break out in a rash due to having Celiac Disease. 😓 But I bring my own so I don't have an issue. ☺️

Almost everything we liked. It is a great hotel and very nice rooms. Great location, good staff.

Breakfast quality was only so-so, a real drop from what it used to be. Very concerned about the statement the management is making by having TVs set to turn on to Fox "News". It is bad enough they choose to basically endorse a politically charged station, but even worse that it chooses to endorse a station that is proven to intentionally lie and mislead its audiences with significant distortions and attacks. It is not on any way a news station. Very unprofessional, unethical, and inappropriate. This is a show stopper, causing us to reconsider whether we will stay there again, in spite of prior usage and liking that hotel. It's simply a matter of principle.

The only issue I had was that YOUR reservation software changed what I entered—using my middle initial first, then my last name—then lastly my first name… The person checking me in could not find ME in the system. When I told her I had used “Booking.com” she finally found me as “A. Henderson Gary” . I would never have entered that into your site.

Super comfortable bed, friendly staff, especially Angela down in the breakfast room who was so personable, spacious rooms and clean and comfortable.

Well the elevators felt like you were stepping into a refrigerator. But moreover, I hate it when hotels advertise a great price and then sneak fees in with the taxes. It feels misleading and dishonest.

The staff were kind, thoughtful, and understood the limitations I was dealing without even having to ask. They asked the right questions to make sure my stay was beyond wonderful.

Wish I would have known about late check-out sooner getting a text so late ensured I wasn’t able to utilize the service but I was led to believe I would until I got a text saying check out time was normal.

We love everything there at the Oxford Suites! All staff has always been nothing but kind and helpful. My family has been staying at this one for years, it was so special when they told my mother that they remember my father, who is passed. That is JUST how they are. Mom and I ordered some food to go from the bartender, I wish I remembered her name, she was 4 months in. We had lots of laughs with her and got to visit with our favorite Marmots. So happy with our food!!!!!!

The breakfast was as expected, good but not the top of the line! The staff however, made it a special place to have breakfast. We felt cared about as one of the family. It was very clean!! There was a problem with our bathroom and they were on it as soon as we reported it.

The coffee! The coffee machines were old fashioned and not up to other like accommodations. And the breakfast coffee was not very good at all. However I could give this a higher mark but the floor of the foyer and the elevators were dirty the whole three days we were there and it wasn't raining. It put a little question in our minds about what others things did they not care about! If the answer is short handed then that doesn't speak well for desk staff which they seemed to have several of. I would have cleaned it myself to rather than risk a bad first impression!

We absolutely love this place! We don't stay anywhere else when we stay in Spokane anymore because this hotel is always clean, the staff are friendly, Wi-Fi never glitches and having the Centennial Trail and Spokane River right outside is absolutely incredible!

Nothing. They did have an issue with a couple of men staying on the bottom floor, but the staff handled everything calmly, quickly and as efficiently as possible so they did great considering the situation.
